“Excellent Quality and Beautiful Results

I couldn’t be happier with how my bathroom remodel turned out. The finished bathroom looks absolutely amazing, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. Every detail was done with care and precision, and I truly have nothing to complain about when it comes to the quality of the work.

The project did take longer than I originally expected, and it was sometimes difficult to get a precise timeline. Part of the delay was due to an unexpected issue they discovered early in the renovation—old termite damage and rotten wood behind the walls. They addressed the problem properly and replaced the damaged wood, which added several days to the project. The crew is also very small, typically only one or two people, so the work moves at a slower pace than a larger remodeling company.

That said, I would much rather have work done carefully and correctly than rushed. The quality and attention to detail definitely show in the finished product.

I also had a minor issue with some damage to the wall on the other side of the bathroom wall after the project was completed. I contacted them, and they came back and fixed it, and now it looks perfect. I really appreciated that they stood behind their work and took care of the issue.

Overall, I found them to be trustworthy, honest, and committed to doing quality work. Despite the project taking longer than I anticipated, I would absolutely recommend them. The finished bathroom is beautiful, the workmanship is excellent, and I would definitely use them again for another project.”

“Derrick Walker was extremely helpful assisting me with the purchase of tile for my rental house that I’m selling. He was able to do a price match and even give me his personal cell phone number! It made it a breeze to compare competitors quotes, navigate the intricate details involved in the invoices, manage emails about cost break downs and scheduled pickups.
