I was just at the Krogers on Timber Drive and met Lady in the frozen food department. Her name is Michele. As far as customer service goes, she is the best I have ever see.

This store is gross. Everything was filthy, including the bathroom where there was pee EVERYWHERE in both the men and women's bathroom. I thought Piggly Wiggly's were bad but this was just disgusting.
