Just had my second draw with Rachel and I just had to add my appreciation and thoughts. I am considered a hard stick yet Rachel got the vein in her 1st stick. She's the best I have encountered. I hope she stays there a long time.

They are fraudulent. I was quoted $185 for a bill of almost $1400. I would not recommend the horrible experience I’ve had to anyone. With this economy this is the business/scam I hope doesn’t survive. Go elsewhere as save yourself the trouble.

If you have the option to go to literally any other clinic then I recommend you do so, I've been to multiple clinics in the woodstock/canton/kennesaw area and this is by far the worst and slowest experience I've ever had, if you have a life at all do not come to this clinic they will waste your time with their laziness

Very slow, so slow if you don't have an appointment you won't get in because they will tell you they take appointments first.

I’m a total wimp when it comes to getting blood drawn. Like pass-out every time level.
Had to get some bloodwork done today, & Nicole was very kind & understanding when I told her my feelings/typical experience. She was amazing, made the experience so quick & easy. Chatted with me through the icky parts, & it was the best blood-draw I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not fun by any means ?, but Nicole really made me feel safe & comfortable. I’ll be seeing her for any future bloodwork if I can help it!

This Labcore is amazing. Every time I’ve come in they have treated me with respect, talked me through what we were doing, and we got it done quick and easy. Danielle helped me and she was lovely everytime. By the end we were joking around and I was sad I wasn’t coming back. They do a great job at making you feel welcomed. Would easily come back if I needed to again

I had an amazing experience with this location and the entire staff was so nice. I called to inquire about taking my tests here today, and Mrs. Danielle answered all of my questions. She has great customer service, told me exactly what to bring, was courteous, and very hospitable. Once I arrived and checked in Mrs. Danielle took my blood work in less than 10 minutes. The location is very clean, quiet, and has plenty of parking.

First off I never leave reviews but Nicole deserves one. I absolutely hate needles hate having my blood drawn. I have had to go in two weeks straight now for labs she has been so incredible!! So sweet so gentle and patient!!!! Absolutely 10/10 she is the best!! Front desk is so friendly as well! Love coming here!

I absolutely love the staff. They are amazing. They are so caring. When I was pregnant with my sons, and had to go all the time, they were just amazing to me very personable just recently I went to get my blood drawn, and they helped carry my son’s car seat out for me, so that I would not use this arm again. They are the most amazing staff I have ever worked with at LabCorp.

This place is very efficient with the kind staff. I’ve never had a weight more than about 15 minutes and that was with a waiting room full of people.
Very thankful I don’t have to make a 30 minute drive anymore to find an efficient labcorp

I was about to give 2 stars. No customer service at ALL in this facility. Lady in the front desk treats ppl like idiots, even speaks in a high tone and dismissive. The guy that took my sons blood in the back made up for it. Def wont be back. These places are all about customer service Labcorp!
