Brian was very friendly and polite. He was so patient with me and went above and beyond to assist me with all of my banking needs! I have been coming to this credit union for a long time and he is always very professional and trustworthy and he is always very helpful. If you have any issues or questions I would definitely recommend Brian to help you, he’s the best!!

He assumed that I worked in the restaurant industry just because I'm hispanic, the employee was like, are you a server???? I told that my time very limited, and I hope this meeting doesn't take any longer, then he started talking to me and my wife very slow like I couldn't understand English. I wish Marcus was there to help me. He really knows how to treat customers.

I liked LGE when they had actual tellers even with them being behind a video screen in some other room. I went to make a sizeable cash deposit and if course these ATM like machines. I told they guy trying to help me whoever designed these needs to learn what user experience is. !Takes several tries to get authorization, scan drivers license etc. Then I put all cash it. It counts and then says transaction canceled and spits out all the cash. So the guy says let's use the other machine. Same thing. He had to go to his desk and do some override.First has to ask me where I got the money and what is my job. !This is BOGUS. ! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I HAVE HAD ACCOUNTS HERE LONG TIME IN GOOD STANDING.

DO NOT USE THEIR ATMS!! We had $1100 stolen from our deposit along with stealing our debit card. Bank refuses to help. Have called daily since this happened and they refuse to assist. They continue to say they do not have access to the ATM. This is absolutely unacceptable!

This credit union acts like a big bank. I had an account that I was not using for some time. The credit union deducted a fee for not using the account and all my money was gone when I tried to deposit a check. I will never use this credit union that took all my money. They did not bother to contact me or inform me about this fee. Awful bank.

Ms. Dollar at the Woodstock branch was extremely helpful. I was worried about how to verify if it was truly LGE fraud prevention calling me. She helped me to add the true Fraud phone number to my contact list in my phone. A few months later, I received a call from the Fraud department and because of Ms. Dollar’s help previously, I felt confident in answering and was able to stop a fraudulent transaction. Such a nice a helpful staff! Thank you!

11/4/2022 Update: Once again LGE impresses with OUTSTANDING Customer service. My Granddaughter opened a Youth Account today. Kim, Erin & Steve were fantastic, so patient and understanding. They have a new lifelong customer.Outstanding service from Shirley Rush. She was great with our loan and very understanding with my 3 yr. old Granddaughter. She understands Customer Service, processed our loan quickly & efficiently. Great experience today.

I'm honestly shocked that this branch has such poor reviews. I've been an LGE customer for over 20 years and the folks at this location are among the best. They're always kind and professional. My only gripe about this branch is their lack of a mortgage contact on staff. Why wouldn't you have a mortgage professional at every location?

I called around 11:25 to ask a question about wire transfers and I have been on hold for over 30 minutes. Great service. I know in my business my clients would fire me. I will be moving my accounts.

Atm seems to be down half the time. What's the point in having a new location if it's less reliable than the old one.
