Just a reckless place to bring your car. They use brushes on broom sticks and that provided numerous scratches on my Truck. When I asked about the scratches they got super defensive and rude and I was actually polite. The overall job wasn’t good and it’s not like it’s cheap quick job. Just not worth it. Townelake needs a good hand car wash place.

Would never recommend this place! Took a practically new truck to them for a wash and wax. They did an extremely poor job… they left wax all over my truck. I didn’t notice it until I got home… then over the next couple of days it got worse… they got wax all over the black pieces of my truck. I mean it’s everywhere! I’ve washed the truck three times and have tried a couple different products to fix it, but still can’t get it to completely go away. On top of that they charged me the wrong price and the guy checking me out said it was taxes. These people are not to be trusted!

They did a wonderful job! Very friendly. The cost was definitely worth it! This is the place I will trust cleaning my SUV from now on!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm very particular when it comes to washing my truck, especially since it's black. They we're very detail-oriented and didn't miss the spots that are normally missed when I take my truck to get washed. This is going to be my new spot moving forward.

Over 2 hours to wait for a poor job..and they lose my gate pass that was on my dash that's going to cost me $150 to replace. This is the worst business that I've ever used in my life....
