“The charge port on my iPhone wasn’t working, so I took it to Cellairis at the Woodstock Outlet Mall. Austin inspected the port and saw some of the connectors mis-aligned and gave me the choice of straightening them (lower price) or replacing the port. I bought the less expensive option and it worked for a couple of days. It was under warranty, so Austin gave me full credit and I purchased the new port. Apple Car Play and phone charging now work properly!”

“Did an awesome job. I went to t-mobile because my iPhone 16 was not working and they were not able to figure what was wrong with my phone. I found this place on Google and ash to my surprise powered on my iPhone in few seconds. Definitely recommend.”
“I had an outstanding experience at my local AT&T store, and Harrison deserves every bit of this five-star review. He was incredibly helpful, patient, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
It’s rare these days to walk into a store and feel like someone actually cares, but Harrison did exactly that. He answered my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how helpful he was.
AT&T is lucky to have him. Thank you, Harrison, for the excellent service!”
“Roscoe was extremely patient in getting to the crux of my problems and never 1 time mentioned not having a clue as to what went wrong. In fact, I went back this morning to get help with my spouses phone. However, Roscoe is off on weekends. People with the expertise and knowledge like he has need to be well Paid and rewarded for a job well done. He rates a 10 star review!!!!”
