While the hydromassage beds, staff and facility are great, when I originally posted my five-star response, I thought I was posting that for a different location. Then when I realized it was Woodstock, I made sure to change it to reflect what I felt about them truly.On the bright side, most of the employees are fantastic. Very cheery very nice. The problem is management plain and simple. Therefore, I'm probably going to cancel my membership within the week. When I first joined the club, they didn't have my size in t-shirts and they gave me one that was much too small. I mean 10 lb of taters in a 5 lb sack is what everybody would be thinking if I even tried on the XL when I wore a 3XL.I finally spoke up about this, how this happened when I was bigger, and finally want a t-shirt that fit now that I've dropped weight, The manager in one afternoon refused to even try to make it right. When I was talking to her to try to explain the situation, she seemed quite apathetic to ambivalent to my situation. I was told oh no. We can't give you a t-shirt. However, you will just have to buy one one. What a complete and utterly tone deaf response!Well forget that. I'm going to fire this club. I'll just possibly rejoin at another one possibly quickly and choose one that is more customer friendly. Zero desire to speak with that joke of management about the situation again.I would allow the owner or someone to contact me, but it seems to be hard to get anybody higher. Probably a total waste of time. Let's ignore the customer and not try to make a situation right. Looks like the no judgment zone is full of judgment to me. Kind of not believing in your own statement. That's pretty stupid, it's like Christ having a bunch of disciples who are atheists. Oh well, it's a lost cause. Therefore, I'm just going to cancel my membership price in the next week here here at woodstock. The management don't want to help, fine, hinder, I'll just quit you let everybody know why and let you answer for that. I'll take my money somewhere else. I probably rejoin it another club that's a lot more sympathetic to my cause. That right there should drop a cap in that situation immediately.Going that route, I believe that should totally solve my two problems immediately. If you don't take care of the customer, the customer going to leave. So long real soon Woodstock planet fitness. I'll be back, but you won't be my home club and be getting your share of my membership. I'm going to take care of that myself. I gave you a chance. You didn't want to do anything. Goodbye!I'm sure I'll find a better Planet Fitness to rejoin at. It just won't be those who are credited with my monthly membership. Hopefully then, they'll wake up and quit being tone deaf.Ps. If the so-called owner responds, why don't you tell me who to contact to solve the problem instead of saying something silly like "we want you to have a great experience and always satisfy the customer. Please call our manager." Number one, because it's a fallacy and about like a fairy tale. Number two because that's the opposite of their goal.If I'm told the contact the same manager, that won't happen. They'll find out when I cancel.I'll talk to original or somebody with some real stroke. Basically, I only plan on talking to the horse's head. I seriously believe that the response I was given definitely seemed like it probably came out of another of the horse. Oh well. Vote with your feet.Soooo long PF. Tired of BS.

Be careful if you intend to cancel membership. The system doesn’t allow you to cancel online despite signing up membership online. The renewal for annual fee is automatically deducted from your bank and their system doesn’t send you a renewal reminder. Recently cancelled my membership and they will not refund by annual fee for the year. My year with them would be starting March 1 2024. The front desk staff gave me a phoney number to request for my refund and I was given a run around.

I liked the setup, but the music is way too loud. So loud I could not hear what I wanted to listen to through my earbuds. I asked gym personnel four times and corporate two times to lower volume. Corporate ignored me and gym personnel told me they could not lower, so I canceled my membership. I went there for one month. I went to a well known competitor very close by where the music volume is very low, and if I want it lower they comply. Life is too short to put up with things that make you unhappy.

I had a horrible experience trying to purchase a membership today from the manager. I was most excited about tanning but because their systems malfunctioned and did not give me the set time to tan, i was unable to tan for the preferred time.

I have rejoined this gun and love that the black plan includes hydrochairs , tanning beds, trainers etc.

I was absolutely excited to find out PF was across the parking lot from my hotel. So much cardio with your very own remote (a plus) and I really liked how the machines were spaced out. Super friendly staff and I was surprised to find a selection of shirts because my home PF and most of the New Orleans PF s so I bought 3 but didn't have any smalls for me. Totally recommend this PF.

Great location. Lots of room to work out. Machines are clean and in good condition.Staff is not very friendly. They are always on their phones or gossiping.

So far so good. This place is pretty nice. I pass a couple of gyms just to get here and it's worth it.

Staff is super courteous, and the entire facility is kept in top shape, maintaining the machines as well as the cleanliness.

I feel very comfortable at this gym. Really feels like a no judgement zone. Has a lot of equipment to work out in a compact place. 30 min workout routine is pretty good if you dont know what you want to do or youre in a hurry. Fair enough, i havent had experiences at other gyms but feel very comfortable at this place. Good and friendly customer service and convenient location for me.

Gym is clean and mostly kept up. Some of the folks like to play on their phones during sets when they are on the machines and the workers don’t say anything to them so you may be waiting on a machine for too long. I have gone and done 3 other machines 3 sets on each and come back and the same inconsiderate person is still on the same machine playing with their phone. Most of the folks who work there while I am there never leave the desk.

The staff at the Woodstock location are very helpful and friendly. The gym, massage and tanning area, and locker room are very clean. The equipment is kept in good repair.

It's a one stop shop. I'm able to workout, tan and then lay on one of the hydro-massagers. It's very clean and the equipment is well maintained.
