I never leave reviews anywhere, and I felt the absolute NEED to leave a review for Tiffany at PNC. Her actions went beyond that of a bank teller today, and not to sound corny, but she was my hero. I had an absolute emergency this morning where I was being actively scammed on the phone and Tiffany was able to sense my distress and could tell I was in trouble. As the scammer pretending to be a court martial/officer was still actively on the phone with me, Tiffany asked me very vague questions to understand that I was not there by my will. She then proceeded to discretely write on a piece of paper to understand what was happening without the man on the phone hearing. Let me tell you- she was like straight out of an action movie. Tiffany was beyond perceptive and helpful, even helping to ensure my account was safe after the call was ended and she got me out of the situation. I wish EVERYONE had a Tiffany in their corner during moments like these. I don't know if all bank employees are training to handle these situations so smoothly, but if they aren't, someone should ABSOLUTELY hire Tiffany to teach that training lesson! Whatever she is paid, it is not enough! As some people say, not all heroes wear capes. Thank you SO MUCH Tiffany!

Very unhelpful staff. Made an appointment for a notary only to arrive and then they tell me they won't notarize a power of attorney. That's almost the only thing that needs to be notarized nowadays. Either you're a notary or you're not why I have the service if you're going to limit them?

We have been banking with PNC for years. We even stayed with PNC while living out of state where they did not have any PMC branches. Banks offer the same services and are really only separated by their customer service. Today was a chance to shine and stand out. What a failure to do so by the branch manager. I needed a notary. Something g simple, not from any competitors or other financial institutions. If he would have cared to take even a minute of his time to speak with me I think he would have understood why I came to the branch. At the end of the day it would have been in the banks best interest. Without any hesitation he decided they wouldn't help me. I have never been so motivated to close my accounts at a local bank before todays experience. The other two ladies I have worked with previously were fantastic. The manager was anything but.

Mike I probably the least helpful person there. Every time I come to this bank he constantly gives me a hard time. NO ONE ELSE AT THAT BANK TREATS ME THE WAY HE DOES.
