Closed on a Friday night from midnight to 6:00 a.m. Without even a courtesy of putting a large sign in front of the front doors so that I can see it from the road driving by. But then they leave the gas pumps on even though there are broken receipt printers so there's no way to print a receipt and no human to manually do it . Terrible

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the 10 years I have been shopping here. The cashier is incompetent and rude and the supposed store manager needs more training. They are now requiring to scan ids to purchase tobacco products and I know if I refuse they can over ride that request I n stead they said they will refuse my purchase. I also work in retail and you can always override if customer is not comfortable scanning their id. I am done shopping at this particular store. I will drive 50 miles to get what I want before I shop here again. This the racetrack on hwy 92 at Downsby Lane across from Dunkin Donuts.

No foam cups, rewards doesn't work at pump, ice is half melted at best from fountain drinks. Definitely doesn't leave me as a tracfanatic

This Racetrac hates veterans as they will not accept USAA cards for payment.

Short staffed at peak hours. Went to the door frustrated along with many other people. It’s not just this Racetrac it’s also other nearby Woodstock. Staff is always rude to begin with so I won’t be coming here anymore.

Store was dirty, and cashier claimed the rewards system wasn't working, when I contacted racetrac support, they told me there's no issues. This racetrac will try to extract every cent they can from you

I was in this store recently and bought a small coffee and a small bag of chips and I went to the register and the general manager named Corey rung my order up and said that will be $9.13. I thought to myself $9.13 for a small coffee and a bag of chips? No way ! I looked down at the itemized things I had purchased on the credit card machine and saw that there was a $5 lotto ticket that I did not ask for but was asked to pay for. I spoke up and said I did not buy a lottery ticket I don't even buy lottery tickets. Be careful when going to the store and be very aware of your purchases. Maybe Corey the manager has a gambling problem and wants the customers to support it. Smh

The most kind people work here. It is ALWAYS clean. The restrooms never look or feel gross. I cannot state enough the kindness of the humans that work here. Thank you so much.

I only stopped for a drink and breakfast sandwich. The staff was very friendly and actually made me laugh, which I wasn't expecting. It was a nice change to see someone who actually enjoys their job.
