Our family has been banking with Renasant at this branch for many years, despite living a longer distance from this specific branch, which is unfortunate; our experience has been consistently outstanding!! The customer service has exceeded any expectation anyone could expect. The staff is always incredibly helpful and professional every single time we need them!! Every. Single. Time.
I specifically want to mention Brent & Tiffany. These two are the main ones I have spoken with during our time with Renasant. They both have gone above and beyond to make sure anything I need whether a question is being answered or helping navigate me through any issue I may be having with ease and fast! I have had horrible experiences with other banks in the past. The professionalism, consistency and efficiency they both have is impeccable! I really could go on and on and on! No words can really express how AMAZING Brent & Tiffany truly are. It is refreshing knowing the care they have for their customers. I am so grateful for all they do for our family! 1st time going to this location. One car at the lane beside me, one person working drive thru. They had a conversation going when I pulled up, a personal one...which they continued as I'm sitting there waiting. Took so long, I was about to say something to the car next to me. The reason for drive thru is quickness.
