I decided to put black box dye in my hair and then decided several years later that I wanted to go back to my natural color (I am a natural blonde) Bleaching it gave me a horrid Ginny Weasley ginger color that was an abosolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. Kelsey and Ren (who work at this location) helped me every step of the way and went above and beyond to help fix this nightmare that I created for myself. The two of them are the sweetest, most patient, most personable and nonjudgmental people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with when I make massive hair mistakes. Sally's needs to clone the Kelsey and Ren and have them at every Sally's store in this country or at the very least, find people exactly like them.I will never go to another store other than this one because of these two angels that work there. <3

Extremely helpful people! As soon as we walked in they were helping us until we found everything we needed (even some spa stuff I wasn't planning on getting). Wonderful shopping experience, which is very rare nowadays. Glad Ultra didn't want to help us now... LoL

If I had 3 customers in my store actively searching for products, I would not tell them I was closing in 3 minutes as to rush them out. I will say she did ask before she said that.. "Do you need some help, we are closing in 3 minutes." Hence the 1 star. CS training my dear, you are I'm need. I will go buy my $40 shampoo elsewhere.

Samantha is amazing! Every time I come in she is so helpful and knowledgeable! Been coming to this Sally’s for at least 6 years and she’s been my favorite associate by far! Great experience every time!

Hello I’m nicole i’m a hairstylist and I always do my hair. I have been coming to the store for almost 4 years and now I only come in if Sam or Isabel is working they are amazing when they wasn’t there one day with the old GM I asked her for help to make some colors for my own hair, and her remark was it if you have a cosmetology degree why do you need help and I just thought it was the most disrespectful thing I went back in the next day. Thankfully Isabel was working and she helped me through everything. She’s amazing has great customer service. Sam has great customer service.They are there to help they just don’t throw anything in a buggy just to get you out of there big ups to both of them girls I will always call and make sure one of them are working whenever I go up there and I’m up there every couple weeks

TLDR: One of the workers does not know the products or what she's suggesting and was incredibly condescending and rude. Full story for context: My friend and I went in to buy some bleach and purple hair dye. I have experience bleaching and dying hair. Since my friend said she wanted her hair to be the same color as mine (and I do my own hair), I felt comfortable grabbing what I knew worked best and simply moving on. My hair was white and healthy, and instead of using toner I mix purple hair dye with white conditioner. That just works best for the look that I like, and my friend was perfectly happy to do her hair exactly like that. We come in and immediately respond to the usual "hi welcome in do you need help with anything" with "no thanks, we've got it." We start grabbing the bleaching kits that I use, and start looking for purple hair dye that would work the best. Well, the employee immediately comes over and tells us that, actually, we shouldn't use that bleach. I'm a little confused, but I figured she was just trying to be helpful. She suggests that we get this other kind of bleach and clear developer, says the kind of bleach powder we were going to buy wouldn't lighten my friends hair at all and that the clear developer was going to work the exact same as creme developer. I've never used clear developer before, and hey, this lady works here I can trust her. I explain the way I do my hair and that we were just going to do it that way. The employee kept asking why my friend wouldn't just use purple shampoo and conditioner and was getting pretty pushy. I walked down a different isle to look for a specific kind of shampoo that works for our curly/wavy hair, when my friend finally just says that she just want my hair to look like mine. Apparently that rubbed this employee the wrong way because she starts being Very Disparaging about the way my hair looks. Have you guys ever had someone say completely fine things but in that tone where you KNOW the meaning of their words have completely changed? yeah. "well I Guess if you want your hair to look like Hers..." Thanks employee! Not like I spent hours doing my hair to make sure it was the exact right color and still healthy! You definitely have healthy white hair you're sooo right we should definitely listen to what you're saying about how to get healthy white hair! (her hair was brown *_*) Finally we get the bleach and start looking at purple hair dye. Any brand I suggest the employee immediately comes back with why that brand Actually Sucks and is bad and we shouldn't buy it. My friend and I are both really worn down at this point and give up and are like "fine ok what brand do you want us to get." The employee suggested a brand (THAT I HAD SUGGESTED EARLIER BUT OK) and says that a specific dye is purple and to ignore the color on the packaging (which was blue). I know that sometimes the packaging color and the actual dye color is different, and you know this woman works here we can trust her. We buy the products, and head to do her hair. And oh boy was it a nightmare. First off, clear developer has the consistency of water, so it takes SIGNIFICANTLY LONGER to apply. What should've taken me 30 minutes to an hour to do took me, I'm not joking, 4 freaking hours. FOUR. HOURS. By the time we were sitting down to do my friends hair, everywhere was closed, so it's not like we could just go pick up a different developer. This was the one day we had to do this. My friend ended up deciding to keep her bleached hair and not dying over it. Well, I needed to tone my hair again, so I mix the dye with conditioner. It only sat on my hair for 15 minutes when I rinsed it out, and you'll never guess! My hair turned freaking blue! The Exact blue on the packaging! I literally cried for days! If you're looking for advice on what to do with your hair and need help picking products, you're not gonna get it here. Well, at least not helpful advice. To the employee that really thou

BOYCOTT this location!! The female with the stop sign red hair needs to go. Last time I shopped there, I got the whole "I can help, but really don't like my job" attitude. Not sure who hires this location but after I was completely ignored and avoided yesterday. I'm DONE. Not even gonna call management. I told everyone I know to go to the other locations as well. COVID is not an excuse for disrespectful employees

The manager of this location was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable, she's a film makeup artist! I went to purchase hair color; I also picked up some clearance lip color, perfect color I'd been looking for, and good price point nail polish. I like the vibe at this location!

The worst customer service ever!! The black girl Deedee called my daughter Karen!! This store is a joke and violated our rights! The two young girls working don't know the laws. One of them was not raising her voice but DeeDee was absolutely rude, and racist!! Because we were white women she felt the need to call us Karen's and it's unacceptable!! What kind of an employee yells Bye Karen from behind the register with a customer in front of her ? A bad one. ! Pass this place and go elsewhere!!!
