John Morrison is the epitome of what an excellent employee is supposed to be at a company. He's professional, courteous, patient, and very hospitable. He's the only employee that, I allow to assist me with my phone issues. I wish that, I could give him 1,000 stars for being such an outstanding individual!

Patrick has some of the most phenomenal customer service skills I've witnessed within the cell phone industry. We've been having trouble with some of the service provided and we were possibly going to switch cell phone carriers. His helping me and my wife and breaking things down for her and I to understand things and have a much better bill.

Today I visited this store to deal with an insurance claim on a phone I purchased from this store. Upon arriving there was only one other couple and 5 associates standing arround. Ana approached me to assist me. When I identified my reason for my visit she pulled a land line phone out of a drawer, called a number, and handed it to me and walked away. She called the wrong insurance number after she clearly saw my broken phone. After several minutes on the phone with an agent, I was advised that the store employee called the wrong number. The call center agent was absolutely amazing and helpful. She asked if I could take down the telephone number the store associate, Ana, should have called in the first place. Ana had already walked away and dismissed me to help a new sale. I pulled open the drawer the land line phone was in and there was a post it note dispenser but no pen. I looked around to the other associates and asked for something to write with. The only other customer in the store took a pen out of her handbag and handed it to me.Ana clearly wasn't concerned about my issue, nor any other associate in the store because it wasn't a sale.When I left Ana asked "Everything good?". I responded "No!"I'm going to deal with the regional, corporate and every other level management of this store. There were two customers, a husband and wife and myself today. And five employees who the only one who was helpful was the one helping the husband and wife, who's wife handed me a pen when I needed one!

Customer Service is always great! CSR went over and beyond to help me with technical questions and even helped me set up photo back up in Google account.Gotta say, whether in person, or on the phone, T-MOBILE has the most responsive and intelligent customer service! They definitely strive for customer satisfaction!

The Ridgewalk Pkwy store is spacious, modern and very nice, and the staff members there were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Mobile Expert Ana M was a pleasure to work with and helped me with everything with a smile, explaining all my options. Great experience there!

Ana at TMobile was the bomb ? (aka GOAT). Helped me maintain my "favorite son-in-law" status with her knowledge. Happy MIL means happy wife which in turn means a Happy Life ?.

Matt was incredible! In today's struggle with money he took time to find me something that would work with my current budget. He saved me from getting into a phone I was already not going to be happy with long term and put me in a S23. I am so grateful!

"John at the T-Mobile store in Woodstock provided an outstanding service experience. Despite the fact that both my new iPhone and its screen protector were purchased elsewhere, John extended his professionalism and friendliness as though I were a long-standing customer. This is indeed true, as I have been a loyal customer of Sprint for 23 years, now continued with T-Mobile. John's approachable demeanor and willingness to assist with my setup were truly exemplary. I can't commend him enough for his efforts. I genuinely hope T-Mobile recognizes and appreciates John's exceptional service. Without a doubt, my interaction with him warrants a five-star review!"

Very helpful if you get the right person. Went in looking for Internet for my cabin and only knew to ask for a hot spot. Initial rep pointed out hot spot options. Second rep asked what I needed and then recommend T-Mobile home internet. Perfect solution.

Jinsel was amazing. She spent over 3hours helping me get my daughter a new phone and watch. The system gave her a lot of trouble and she patiently worked through it to ensure we walked out with everything at 100%. I would give her and this store 100 stars if I could. If you go to this location, ask for Jinsel. She will make sure you walk out happy. I will be returning.

Set up autopay with them (requires a card to set up). Every month they claim it didn’t work and they have to charge extra 80$ using the same card that’s on file… lying company here to steal your money. DO NOT USE.
