Truist bank does not care about fraud. They will do nothing at the branch. Tiffany Cook the Towne lake manager is a useless rude bully. No customer service, distrspectful and absolutely not a “Partner”. Ms Cook should be fired.

Truist is HORRIBLE! They are by far the worst banking institution on the the face of the planet. Go to Bank of America. The difference is night & day.

Michael Elliott is WONDERFUL, always went above and beyond. But, since Suntrust became Truist customer service has become CARP!!! Started when Truist last my account a year ago February. I had to do the leg work to find it. No customer focus and concern for the customer. I had been a Trust Company of Cobb County/Suntrust since 1978!!!! Sadly I closed my last account last week. Went from a caring home town bank to disappointment and sadness. Michael Elliott is the only one who seemed to care.

Have been a customer for 15+ years and since becoming Truist bank the overall vibe is anti-customer service. Went to have documents notarized and banker says we no longer can notarize POA, wills or trusts… craziness.

Never and I am sincere when I say never returns phone calls. I’ll continue to try because I am not a quitter but apparently this branch has quit on its long standing customer. Does anyone has a good alternative?

My husband and I just went through the drive thru teller for a withdrawal. After our experience with Etuaja. I will be considering taking our money elsewhere. Here is how the awful customer service went…Etuaja “Hello, how can I help you?”Husband “ I would like to make a withdrawal.”Etuaja “I’m not a mind reader, how much are you taking out?” ( Not in a joking manner at all)Before replying my husband dose her job in providing her customer service and asking her how she is doing. With a dry response she barely answered and did even have the sense to ask him how he was.This was the worst banking experience I have ever had! Flat out rude, no professionalism and she needs training on her customer service skills! ?

Understaffed and very slow to respond. "Branch Leader" made an effort to bypass customers waiting in lobby. No one asked why you were here or what was needed. If you need something more than a teller, go to a different branch.

When this bank was Suntrust, customers experienced friendly , professional, personal service. As a long time Customer I recognized changes being made with their merge to become Truist. They now , create and apply overdraft charges, and they provide no customer support in disputing those charges, not online or on the phone,,,,ironically I just saw this same type of charges made public on the news, by Clarke Howard,

I have been a customer with SunTrust for years and have always been satisfied with my experience there, but recently I encountered a problem at this specific location. The tellers were unprofessional, and seemed clueless and unorganized. I had to make a trip there 3 times just to complete a simple foreign currency purchase. Only one teller knew how to do it, while the rest of the tellers did not know. I even asked for the teller to put a notice for travel on my account and he could not help me with that. He instead directed me to use the mobile banking app or call. Honestly, I could have completed a foreign currency purchase at any other place, but I chose SunTrust; however, from this experience, I am considering other options in the future.
