Had a delivery which was wrong mattress . Refused . Went back to store to reorder the original mattress I'd ordered . Jacob was determined my delivered order was correct . Charged an additional $84..... for correct item delivery ! Called Denny Garcia . No return call . Taking my business elsewhere !

I have purchased twin, full, queen, and king size mattresses and box springs from this location and I highly recommend them for bedding needs. They are knowledgeable and no pressure selling. Needed a new bed that raised up and down because I have sleep apnea. The bed is very comfortable and I ended up getting a pad to put on it too which made it extra comfortable. Very pleased so far.

Family members highly recommend this company and their products. Believing their testimonies and advise, a year ago I purchased a firm orthopedic model. Wonderful mattress and wonderful service. Relying on experience and now having moved away from the flimflam mattress stores (you know the ones that spew all the hype and have sales and promotions), I bought another Original Mattress Factory mattress. Just like my first purchase a year ago, it was a good experience. Naturally you're going to buy wherever you wish, but if you don't give this company a fair chance, guess you'll never know, won't truly know good service and will overpay for a lesser quality product. Do yourself a favor and give Original Mattress Factory a chance, you'll be glad you did!

This was the only place we went and were so glad we heard about it on PBR. The young man, Eric, who helped us was delightful. We even got our sheets, pillows and cases at the same time we ordered a custom mattress. Recommended Highly.
