“I walked into the store this evening and was greeted by Cheyanne which was a very pleasant experience. I’ve been there before and I was not greeted by the staff. However, this particular time I needed assistance and asked Cheyanne for her opinion on a dress and boots, that I was going to purchase. She immediately came from behind the counter, and asked me what size shoe I wear and began searching the aisles. We decided on a pair of boots and again, asked her thoughts on accessorizing the dress. She continued to ask me questions about the color of sweaters, I prefer and looked until we found something that I liked.
That being said, I will say that this is the best customer service experience I have ever encountered in a retail store. She is the reason that I walked out of the store with nice clothes and boots. Also, there was a gentleman working that evening who asked me if I was being helped while Cheyanne was looking for the pair of boots.
He also displayed exemplary customer service by smiling and being attentive. Thank you both for making this a wonderful experience for me!!!!”
“my favorite goodwill to go to! HUGE selection with lots of great options! the register always takes a little long bc only one person does checkout most of the time, which is no big deal ! i also wish the men's t-shirts weren't so low to the ground bc it hurts my back to bend over that long haha! no other complaints besides that!”
“Visit this thrift store quite often particularly looking for craft supplies and vintage blouses. They are the best and by far better than goodwill. You’re supporting a good cause and the staff is much much more friendlier and actually takes their time to help you and let’s you put your stuff on the counter while you shop. There’s so much craft supplies here I’ve gotten a huge storage box for scrapbook papers here for only $2!”
“Great Thrift Shop in Woodstock ! Really well laid out & lots of wonderful finds in Clothing, Home Decor & Children's. Highly Recommend Seeds Boutique !! M. Himsworth, Canton”
“This is a little thrift store run by the Humane Society. They had a lot of things for the space they had. Mostly household items, electronics and tools a little bit of dog food and a very small selection of clothing. It felt clean and organized and I was surprised by some of the nicer things there.”

“I'm always finding the best deals here!! 99 cent Monday is fantastic, I found exactly what I was looking for
I am still loving it here and finding all the deals”
“Overall a good experience. The items available are fair quality. I found quite a few new and gently used items in the women's clothing.
Most of their staff claims to speak no english.
This is not the location for the discounts. You must go to the Lawrenceville location.”
“In my opinion, customers always come first. Initially I had a poor experience here however after hearing back from them regarding my review I've decided to change the review. Accountability is major for growth and they are doing exactly that. Thanks for reaching out and assuring me that changes will be made. Rarely do we get things right the first time around. We are human.”
“The people who help unload donations are always so friendly & helpful. The guys who picked up in the truck were on time & very nice. The store employees are always cheerful & friendly. I will continue to shop & donate to NLB.”
