Just want to tell you how truly disappointed I was going into your Woodstock Georgia store today. I found a product cheaper at Lowe's asked to have it price matched. It was in stock at Lowe's. Available for delivery a few months after what your availability is for delivery and they would not honor it because they were saying that it has to be in stock today. What's your policy for price match does not state a date. It just says it Hass to be in stock which I was able to order it from Lowe's so it is in stock.

Just went to get a piece of lumber cut and was treated like absolute garbage by some girl for literally no reason. She told me to get out of the way and was extremely rude when I asked for help. Sorry you're an anime nerd working at Home Depot 'K' (can't say it's name). Or I would be sorry if you weren't such a rude you know what. She should seriously be fired and I will never shop here again.

If I could have put ZERO stars I would have done that. Ok here is my review of this Home Depot location. A Co worker who is also a single mom came home yesterday to a refrigerator that went out. 11/22/22 but wait there's more. She purchased the refrigerator with the agreement that they would deliver the refrigerator and SET IT UP. "Single Mother" she was told no problem but she would have to dispose of the old refrigerator. No problem. Bad news is she as told They couldn't set it up that it as curb side drop off. I hope that the Manager. Corporate and whoever see this. When the owner of the company I work for found out that made him pretty upset. Especially with the amount of money that our company spends with Home Depot. I wonder just how far we can go with putting the word out about the way this Single mother was treated by Home Depot. I will be checking this review periodically to see what kind of response I get.

Always had a great experience with Home Depot. Not this location! Tried to exchange a non working Dewalt drill that I purchased for my business. I explained to customer service lady that I did not have a receipt. (She didn't attempt to look it up) I also explained to her that I use the drill daily. She proceeded with an attitude and explained that she was required to send the drill to repair. Aggravated I refused to comply with her suggestion. I knew this was inaccurate since I had same situation before and the drill got exchanged with no issues. I do not recommend this location, drive 5 miles and go to the Kennesaw or Canton location

Great store, and great employees Every time I've gone into this HD for something I've always been helped in a timely manner and the employees are always nice/helpful. Even the team that comes in to work the night shift (when they DO have to help costumers) are very helpful and try their best!

Literally the least helpful place I have been. Could not process a $43 return from a 10k order and the manager was useless to try and resolve.

Watch out when buying Lifetime Warranty Rigid products because not all Rigid products are lifetime warranty & worse yet is their process of "registering" items for the lifetime warranty. They may not reply for weeks, months or years (see attached 2021 email for 2016 purchase), they may require a receipt but not let you know until the window to register is past. The process may ask you for a receipt and when you provide the HD online work order # they say it cannot be found, but not tell you it is or is not needed. Even after sending HD receipts they may not reply or if they do saying HD receipt could not be validated.

My daughter and Wife went to the Home Depot in Woodstock to shop for a washing machine as a gift for my daughter who was moving out and into an apartment on the third floor. You would think no one has ever done this before because my daughter found the washing machine and when she asked about delivery she was told that they did not deliver to apartments passed the second floor.Wow is all I could say when my I heard. Then she told me she went across the street to Lowes and found the same washing machine for $100 less. Hmm.

don't offer curbside pickup if you're going to be incredibly rude and act like it isn't your job to fulfill the curbside pickup you had my almost 60 year old mother trying to lift wooden chairs into the back of a truck all by herself on mothers day weekend shame on you people

I was having issues with HomeDepot.com so I called the 800 number to order what I needed. I needed the items to be picked up at the Woodstock store location. Online showed that they had all my items in stock; however, they were missing a bathroom vanity that I ordered. Laura, in the delivery dept, at the Woodstock store (#156) called to give me the bad news. She said they would have to cancel my order, refund my money & I would need to reorder from another store. I expressed my frustration since I was told by another HD "employee" that this store had them. She explained that just because you order something online, doesn't necessarily mean that a specific store has the item or has updated their inventory. Sensing how highly dissatisfied I was, she volunteered to call another store (by-passing the online process) to find ALL my items at one store! This was super helpful because I have a contractor who needs the items tomorrow & doesn't have time to go to multiple locations to pick up everything. She was able to locate all my items at a nearby HD. I called that location, they confirmed the items were being held for me, I paid for them & my contractor is picking them up in the morning! THANK YOU LAURA for going above & beyond to turn a stressful & frustrating situation into a pleasant experience! You are truly an asset to Home Depot & take customer service to the next level!!!

Great service w knowledgeable staff. Had some minor equipment issues, but the staff resolved the issues and got us working.
