Customer Service is the bedrock of any business. Unfortunately, this location failed miserably today. After placing an order with a simple request to substitute sugar for Splenda, the MANAGER, snatched the blender as if we had offended her. This was just the beginning as she started accusing my wife of “confusing” her….. Do what?!?!? We simply placed an order. The manager’s attitude became increasingly aggressive to the point I said, forget the order and just give us a refund.I’m not sure if this location is franchised or corporately owned……. In any case, until this leader is addressed, you will continue to lose business.UPDATE: Your generic response only makes matters worse. Why ask me to go and post additional details on your website when I entered comments on your website the day I posted the Google review?

This location is the BEST! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the customer service while I ordered was excellent. I ordered an Açaí Berry Boost and a Chipotle chicken club. Both were super yummy and fresh. I will definitely be back!

The location in Woodstock has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There’s a young teenage girl there with brunette hair who is very rude and not customer friendly at all. While ordering she kept asking is that all (at least 3 times) as if I was disturbing her. Got to the window waited at least 15 minutes for my order, only for her to be even more rude when I asked her for utensils and she rolled her eyes. Never greeted us or smiled. Custom service is not where she belongs. And the wait time in a drive through for a wrap, and 2 shakes should not be 15 mins

This branch is supposed to open up at 7 AM on Fridays. I placed an order for pick up, traveled 20 miles, only to find the doors locked still at 8:05. If you are having such a problem with staff that you can open up the doors, a full hour after your posted signage says you open, then don’t post that signage. Don’t let your app allow people to place pick up orders for a time when you refuse to be open. This is a systemic issue that this company has, this is now the third branch to do this to me. I am absolutely done with this poorly run company

The food was good as usual, but the customer service was disappointing. The person over the fast food lane speaker sounded like she wanted nothing to do with taking my order. I asked what kind of sides there were, and she rushed through and mumbled them to me. Once I got to the window, there was a young brunette described by another reviewer who seemed like she DID NOT want to be at work… I go to reach for my food, and she barely hung my order out the window and almost dropped it. Finally, she came to life only to tell me to have a good day. I don’t know if I did anything to upset the young teenager, but I felt like she just didn’t want to be at work on a Saturday. The team managers there should put somebody more presentable on the headsets.

Awful customer service. My first time in, and rather than saying something along the line of ," may I help you? Do you have any questions about the menu". I'm simply stared at .I'm encountering trouble with the card reader and Emile offers no help. Just staring blankly straight ahead. I observed one sitting on the counter top. Never coming back. Awful.Left a tip anyways. That's the kind of person I am.
