I have been coming to this location for years and I’ve held off from leaving a review for awhile now because I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I just can’t with this store any longer. Your employee named Anna with the glasses is not cut out for customer service AT ALL! She is very condescending and acts like she doesn’t want to be bothered with customers every time I come in there. All of your other employees have always been great but I won’t be returning to this location after today.

Absolutely insane experience here today. I needed a bunch of files printed so I came here figuring I’d pay a bit to have peace of mind/not have to deal with a printer breaking halfway through a job. Well, that didn’t work out. First, they ran out of paper. So they did 1/3 of my job then told me to go try another UPS Store. When I went to go look at what was printed, all of the pages were out of order. I’m talking 700 pages that we had to sit and sort through. I went back to the staff member I was working with, Lynette, and told her that everything was out of order and that we’d just take the job somewhere else. Lynette told me that although everything printed incorrectly, she still had to charge me. I told her there was no way I was paying full price, so she gave me 50% off. My question is — why did I have to pay for a job that was 1) done incorrectly and 2) unfinished??
We ended up going to the UPS Store on Rose Creek, where the staff took pity on us and finished the entire rest of the job for free — and they did it correctly. STAY AWAY from this place and go straight to the store on Rose Creek.

Customer service is not a priority when the line of people needing help is 8 deep and the employee is sorting boxes. She also picked up a heavy box and slammed it on the counter- hope nothing important was in there. I dread going there -

The UPS employee looked up my address when my phone was not connecting, instead of making me come back. Then she made a box for my items I had to mail out, and I was very pleased with the price! This is the only place I’ll mail from anymore! Convenience A+, Customer Service A+

There is an immediate need for customer service training. The last few trips has been such a horrible experience. The employees choose to print labels and perform other tasks versus providing service to waiting customers; the line was out the door but that didn’t seem to bother them. Unfortunately, the employees at this location do not wear name tags so customers are unable to provide their managers with specific feedback. The service or the lack of service on Friday, May 10th during the 2pm shift was deplorable!
