I dropped the car off for inspection and 24 hours later I had a call back with their updated offer. They knocked money for various items, but again I understood this was a negotiation. The whole goal is to find a price I am comfortable with and they buy for a price where they can make a profit. A few minutes of talking and we had a middle ground deal that worked for both parties.

From initial submission to wire payment, the entire process took less than 2 weeks, and this was over the Christmas holidays.
