“I bought my car in April, an older Honda pilot.. with 102k miles on her.. and she has been great so far! When I first bought it, I noticed the brakes and rotors as well as three tires needed replaced.. they covered it under warranty! The only other issue ive had with her is that the drains on the sunroof were clogged and the first time I took her out when it was raining heavily, it was raining INSIDE my car.. but I took care of it myself with no issue at all.. just used my jobs service centers air hose and blew all the drains out myself til everything was clear and had the tires balanced .. we are all good now! I love my Honda. Also, the sales team, account reps and management (Wes and Danielle) are great and willing to help anyway they can! This is my first car with them, but all of my sisters and a majority of my family have had multiple cars with them.. so Wes has known me for a WHILE. I even worked there for a couple months in 2023 and I loved that job but we all go through things, despite the things I went through and dealt with back then, my CarMart team was ALWAYS there for me. ❤ love you guys!
