Absolutely terrible company. 4 missed pick-ups in the last two months. Have to call them every time to get it resolved. "Customer service" could care less and the route manager is utterly useless.

Worst company. Use local trash services instead. Charge ridiculous fees have a greedy no refund policy. Offer fewer pick ups than competitors and miss pick ups constantly. Hiked up the rates for fewer pick ups. #golocal

Have had problem with pick up service since WM got new trucks with two men on them. Old truck with one man never missed a pick up in over 2 yrs. Have called the customer service several times with no results.
