BEWARE! This location is run by uneducated staff and they do not have your interest in mind. Been dealing with the same issue for 2+ months with no resolution. Not to mention locations are closing all over Atlanta. Stay away from Wells Fargo!

The bank manager is lacking in a smile at this location. There are never enough reps behind the counter. The lines are long - expect at least 20 minutes minimum to make a deposit in the bank. Ironically, there are three people at desks with no people in their seats as they are scrolling through something m their computers and not looking up to help anyone.

Since I have business account going take me sometime but will be closing it soon too. It’s really inconvenient for me to part ways like this. But I would rather take my business elsewhere were it’s appreciated.

I seriously should have trusted the reviews on this one. If your branch is going to offer notary services, and neither your banker nor branch manager can read footnotes on the document - then don't bother. WF doesn't offer witness services? No problem. But when the form clearly states "The witness can be a Notary Public", and you show them that, and they still refuse to provide the service to you - that's insane. At first they didn't even tie the footnote numbers to the correct part in the document, and after I corrected them, they just didn't have the modesty to accept their mistake. Went to another WF branch where they can actually read documents and got it notirized no problem. I even went on a support chat with the company that required the notarization, and even they told me to tell the bankers to read the footnote, so I came back into the bank to try to explain to them again, but another man at the front decides to chime in that "we don't offer witness services like the manager and banker told you". So they just all decided to go with "manager told me so". Just incredible. What should have been 15 minutes, costed me 2 hours. Thanks for offering great services, Wells Fargo.

Tried to take advantage of some nice incentives. Made an appointment weeks in advance outlining the nature of my visit. Showed up and received very little help and was very disappointed in the lack of assistance finding reasonable options or alternatives. Been a customer for over 20 yrs. Likely looking for a new place to put my money.

I needed help and was told that they could not help me. Told me to call customer service. Turns out the whole thing could have been done through the app. Would have been wonderful of the banker actually knew their job. Worst branch I have ever dealt with. Her name was Rosa.

Ms. Kristen the manager branch is rude calling about deposits. The minimum deposits in a bag is three and she wants a company to single out each deposit and own bag. She needs to know how to communicate better and not so be uppity and snobbish when communicating. I will let my known company that we need to transfer Banks due to always having to go through hoops with Wells Fargo. This is why I personally do not bank with Wells Fargo always too much with extra.

Employees don't know whay they're doing or what to do in situations. Had a horrible experience with them yesterday. Unfortunately the wells fargo near me shut down yesterday and this is the closest one to me now or else i would never return here.

Not sure what's wrong with all the people leaving 1 star and the reasoning is never explained, unfortunately some people are just d*** and getting dumber my the second. I don't find anything wrong with this bank , it's a bank you put money in and take money out and the employees are friendly .

Staff members are discriminatory against non-white clients. My friend had her account closed with no explanation after attempting to withdraw her own money. The teller said a passport was required to transfer funds, yet I needed no passport when doing the same thing. Managers and corporate are no help and can provide no explanation. After a quick Google search, I see the bank has been in legal trouble for discriminating against nonwhite clients and employees for years now. Truly abhorrent behavior, especially in today’s climate.

I could not even get a person to come to the phone after three tries. Screw this bank. They obviously don’t care about new customers.
