“If I had to sum up my experience at this Torrid location in one phrase, it would be: “EXCELLENT customer care!” I’ve been shopping at Torrid for about 10 years, and in my opinion, this store truly sets the standard for what Torrid has to offer.
Crystal, the store manager, is incredibly kind, caring, and always greets us with a warm smile. My son knows her by name, and he doesn’t even talk yet! Melanie consistently goes above and beyond—I had an issue with an order, and she patiently and thoughtfully helped me through it. Lilith is an absolute gem; her positivity and genuine care make every visit feel special. She treats everyone who walks through the doors with such warmth that you’d never guess if she was having a tough day.
This team is exceptional and should be the example of how every Torrid should be run. Every visit is a 20/10 experience. Thank you all for making shopping such a joy!”

“The store is cute, but the reviews are true. I shopped here constantly in 2020/2021 bc almost everything in the entire store was $10, and few items were $25/30. I went today and looked through every single (clothing) item and most were 30-60. They look worth it don’t get me wrong, but this is no longer a store for the lower class. All the $10 items are plain tshirts, bralettes etc. no patterns.”

“The store is well kept and there are enough employees if you have any questions or need assistance with something. Unfortunately, they don't match online prices and you can find better deals if you go to the website. I bought a bracelet online for $18 and at the store was $24 a considerable difference. I normally buy online and come here if I need to make a return. The staff is friendly. There is an clearance section as well, some of those prices are the same as online or even cheaper and you have the fitting rooms there so you can make your decision knowing that you won't have to come back to return it. The location is also great is right by the parking lot so you don't have to walk that much if you're coming to make a return or if you're trying to find this store in particular.”

As a girlie in her 30s, I’ve been struggling to find a store with my style. Urban outfitters days are over, target isn’t it anymore, and I didn’t want to succumb to fast fashion online stores. But I had because I had given up finding reasonably priced pieces that fit me. I just started wearing bagging ok fitting clothes because it was the best I could do.
I walked into Branches on a whim and picked out a few cute pieces (sweaters and easy fitting jackets). As I was checking out, Jody, the store owner, was so friendly and nice to talk with. It came up how shopping is hard for my body type and I was so happy to find some pieces that fit, but it’s too emotional for me to try pants. They all make me feel awful about my body. She was so kind and encouraged me to just try, she’d help me. Hesitantly I said ok. She pulled one pair of jeans for me and I reluctantly tried them on. They are THE best fitting jeans ever. She then grabbed 2 more, one from the back. They all fit, I felt like crying. She could tell my body type and knew exactly the cut and size for me. Then she spent time helping me style, letting me try all of her jewelry, and talking through the pieces and outfits with me. This experience changed my life. I’m not exaggerating. She made me feel so good about my body and my style, a feeling I haven’t had in a long time. I usually hate when store reps try to “help” because it feels like they just push clothes on you and it “all” looks good. This wasn’t that, Jody legitimately wanted to help me have a pleasant experience. And she legitimately wanted to help style rather than just push it all. Her jewelry is beautiful! And she knows how to pair it with clothes in such a unique way that allows dressing up and down key pieces. On top of it all, her prices are so reasonable compared to everywhere else in Woodstock and other places. I’m now so excited to wear my new clothes.”
“This is my favorite Dress Up location. It's not huge but I feel like it's always very well-stocked and the workers are super helpful. If you haven't been to Dress Up before, they sell trendy, yet classic, women's clothing (pre-teen and up) for affordable prices. They also have a great accessory line as well! Highly recommend this perfectly located shop on a trip to downtown Woodstock.”

“I liked the values they had here. We bought a nice amount of merchandise. The cashiers were friendly, but this is not a place that delivered any amount of service at all. It was completely self service, no one checks in, offers assistance, information on promotions. Etc. No exciting reason to visit the store. The product could all be purchased online saving the money on the brick and mortar here. If the team was motivated to service they’d make a lot more money. High energy store manager would change it all here.”

“I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received during my visit. When an employee asked if she could help me find anything in particular and I told her my goals, she quickly made an excellent recommendation. The store didn't have my size in my preferred color, so she offered to order it for me and have it sent to my home.
I went in just looking for a pair of jeans and came out with two pair, a jean jacket, a pair of overalls, and an order for a jacket that is expected to arrive at my house just a few days after my visit. That is not my usual shopping experience at all. The prices were far better than I expected as well. I'm very happy with the experience and will definitely return.”
