I was told my iPhone wouldn't need to be signed off on delivery, and it did. My iPhone 15 is now headed back to California. Thank you for loading your employees with false information. Thank you for also having the hardest possible way to speak with a representative on the phone, I love having to call at midnight just so I can actually schedule an appointment to talk to someone. Broken activation system, broken text support on the website, overall a broken company ran by sleazeballs. Go with Verizon, they use the same towers, and their customers get priority. If anyone reads this and owns stock in Comcast, you should feel ashamed of yourself. This terrible service is what you're collecting dividends on. I will be coming in tomorrow for a full refund.

Just stay away from this store and only stick with corporate stores. This is likely a 3rd party authorized retailer. They thought they were slick changing over our account from month to month to a 2 year contract all so they could get the commission.I go in to get this resolved since it happened there, and I'm told they have limitations on what they can and can't do. Guy just hems and haws when I bluntly call out their ability to change people's accounts without their consent. Makes some asinine comment about how it was probably someone who was long gone, fired. When I asked if anyone was fired in the last 5 days, you could tell I struck a nerve. Of course, their manager wasn't around.As irritated as I was, I thanked them for their help and left with a card to "text this number for help". Of course I do so and I get a sweet young woman working in an overseas call center and she thankfully was able to reverse what was done.When I asked for the information of the store employee who made the change, she said it wasn't notated anywhere on the account... of course it wasn't.Anyways, just stay away or at least enter at your own risk.

The store is run by the most incompetent people I've come across! They can't do a single thing correct, and can't process a simple warranty phone replacement issue! I returned a faulty phone to this store and they lost the phone!! I was charged weeks later for the phone and have had to deal with Xfinity customer service for weeks now trying to get the credit issued back to my account for the phone I was charged for that I returned to the Xfinity store! I returned the phone July 3rd '23 and was charged for the phone July 24th '23, and been dealing with them for weeks now just to reverse the charge since I returned the faulty phone to the store like they requested??♂️I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST XFINITY TO ANYONE!! The customer service is ABSOLUTELY horrible!

I had deal with xfinity over the phone and after multiple calls I came upon this store, this team will absolutely go above and beyond for you. The store manager Alex, was so nice, not only was she helping me but also helping all of her employees. They get fairly busy so understand there might be a wait. I been to another different locations and this store by far feels like they truly care. I worked here with Alex, Daysha and another guy I forgot his name but they were all amazing.

I had a box go out on me. Went to swap it out and got a bad remote in the package. Went back to get a working remote and was told they have none! Was told to try another location in surrounding counties!! Can't even call the other locations to see if they have one! Service is a hot mess!!

I want to thank Danaizha for helping change my mom's service into her name. My father passed away and I tried getting the change done on the phone and online with no success. She made this transition fast and easy.

Phone stopped working on 6/22/2023 I was told by Xfinity customer service I would need to go to an Xfinity store to get another phone. The problem with that is that I was 2 hours away. I drove the 2 hours got to the store and the only thing they could do is ship me a phone. My current phone doesn't work so they provided no solution to my problem. It's 6/23/2023 and I have been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a supervisor. So in total I've spent 8 hours on this problem and nothing has been done. I even had a representative tell me that's the way it is and if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. This company doesn't care about their customers.

My initial review was 5 stars because I was told everything was changed as I wished but the three plus weeks afterwards have been debacle after debacle and we still don't have a land line phone with our old phone number. I was offered a free cellphone but it was given to me without a sim card. Then when I returned to the store and a sim card was installed their free phone was not compatible with Xfinity equipment and they took it back and said they had no more free cellphones and I would need to buy one. I told them to forget the free cellphone and reinstate our landline number which has been impossible to date to accomplish. I have tracked my time and to date I have made two special trips 2 hours one way to the Woodstock store and spent over 12 1/2 hours on the phone with Xfinity chat and land line and mobile technical support personnel and am now waiting for an email that will then provide me with a code that I need to call xfinity landline back and provide the code so they can port the phone number back to our landline phone. I was told they would give me a $100 visa card to compensate me for my trouble but I doubt that will ever happen and no mention of a credit for lack of phone service for a month. Also the so called free phone xfinity first gave me was a Samsung android but their documentation shows it as an Apple I-phone. I haven't even started dealing with charges yet and I know that will be a hassle as well. If you have a choice of provider I would definitely recommend using someone else.

I’m guessing that this location is probably understaffed because the wait is usually long and there’s typically only one or two people working with the store manager who hides in the back most times and rarely comes out. When she finally comes out she really doesn’t have great customer service skills and actually doesn’t seem to know as much as most of the regular store employees.However, I wanted to take the time to mention one of the associates who was great. Keenan was knowledgeable, friendly and was helping each customer quickly the last time we went in. He knows what he’s doing and made the experience at this location so much better.

Sales Rep tried to over sell me on services. His price was $40 a month higher than what was advertised online. Also told me my payment would not be due until 45 days due to the trial period; however, I received my bill two days after.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT, GO TO THIS STORE!! I accompanied my mom to this store to see if we could cancel her cable. The rep we dealt with claimed to take care of cancelling the cable. Not only was the cable NOT cancelled, now she receives 2 bills at her address one bill is for someone named "Daniel" with my mother's last name for $258 with every service you can think of, and the other bill is for my Mother. This rep also added 2 services to my personal account which I did NOT request or authorize. My bill for "internet only" has now almost doubled after leaving this store. There were also multiple people that had major issues and were extremely upset while I was there. I don't see how a major ISP can have a front facing store that treats their customers like this and gets away with it. There's no way this is legal.

Good lord. Be prepared to wait. Walked in no one talked to me, no “we will be with you shortly” no sign in sheet. No indication whats so ever of where to go if people are in front of you. No one was in a hurry or moving quickly. If Comcast offers to ship your equipment take it. Avoid this store.

Very upset with my recent experience here. I came in to get a new router since mine was broken. When I was there I was asked probably 10 times if I wanted to upgrade my plan and add a phone plan. Every time I stated clearly no I was not interested and I just came to fix my router. To confirm I had gotten my new router I was sent a text where I asked that all it was was a confirmation that I received. In response I had gotten a yes. Now a month later come to find out that I was tricked and lied into upgrading my plan to the most expensive plan, a new land line and cell line, and to top it off a 2 year contract that I will get charged monthly if I cancel as a penalty that I didn’t even consent to. Everyone at this location lied straight to me face and I would consider what they did fraud. I have a confirmation email of what I did agree to but apparently that doesn’t matter because at this company they only care about screwing over the customer. After I get out of this supposed contract I will never be an Xfinity customer let alone visit this location again.

Be careful at this location. I just had to spend an hour filing a complaint with Xfinity customer service and getting my account corrected because one of the sales associates at this location added a phone line to my account without my knowledge or consent. All we did was drop off an old modem and next thing I know I had an email confirmation showing a phone line was added to my account. Shadyyyyyy
