We used Best time Movers to move our heavy big furniture. Got the arrival call with estimated arrival time, they were on time. All 3 of them were professional and friendly. Hardworkers, got the job done quicker than I expected. Super nice, efficient, no issues. Highly recommend.

I was in a tough spot and had to move quickly. I did the project request on their website. Best Time Movers was first to reply and provided me a detailed quote. They were kind, courteous, very detailed, very fast and packed all my items with care. This was the first time I've ever used packing services with a moving company. At the new place they unloaded quickly and very organized I highly recommend Best Time Movers. Great job! Feel totally safe now and would use again

I would strongly suggest Best Time Movers! As a Realtor, I had a client who had to move at the last minute. Another company let them down, but Best Time Movers stepped in right away. They set up the move and finished it the next morning, which impressed my clients with how professional and quick they were. I'm thankful for their great service and will happily tell everyone about them.

When we moved from Richmond to Norfolk, we used Best Time Movers. We can HIGHLY suggest them based on what we've seen. The best movers were friendly, quick, and professional, and they were very careful with all of our things. They got there about 5 minutes early, looked at the things, and then started loading the truck right away. Everything was covered with blankets or boxes, and the move was quick and very organized on both ends. When they left, every piece of furniture was in its right place and in good shape. People we worked with to get a quote, update our inventory, and talk about the moving process were also very nice and efficient. The price for the move was very fair, and both before and on the day of the move, people were clear about what was going on. As soon as the things were put on the truck and as soon as the delivery was done, a representative called to make sure everything was going well. The best! Thanks

From the moment I called to schedule a small move with Best Time Movers, I could not have asked for better service from anywhere else. The mover made the process of filling out some simple paperwork very easy, he followed up the night before the move to confirm the move, and he and Stan showed up on perfectly on time with the truck. He and his teammate were quick, efficient, professional, and very friendly. The rate was also reasonable and I will, definitely, be a repeat customer.

I am so happy I decided to hire this company for my move. On the phone to make the appointment. He was so helpful, and gave me peace of mind that I greatly needed this moving week. Scheduled the appointment, staff arrived in time, friendly, all in uniforms, and ready to work on this hot weather. They were very friendly and professional, great communication during the entire process, did an amazing job loading their truck, packing and caring for my property as they did unloading at my new place. I had the best and most professional experience with this moving company. They worked effortlessly for hours to help pack up the place and move us to our own home. They barely took any breaks and they were very courteous and warm. Always smiling even though it was a long day of nearly 11 hours. They were very polite and even helped with furniture that they didn't have to move and helped make my daughters toddler bed. None of my furniture was damaged, all of it was placed safely in our new 2 floored home. They are the best I'd highly recommend them. They packing and packing service is also very thorough and worth it.

Choosing a good moving company was very important to me. When I found this moving company and reached out to them, They reached back out to me right away and from the minute I heard from them until they dropped my belongings off in Richmond, it was A+ service. There were no hidden fees, they were on time, communication was very good, everything arrived in perfect condition and VERY professional. Fantastic experience. We had a packing scheme we wanted them to use (colored dots!), and they were wonderful about working with us to make it happen. The entire crew was very personable and respectful, and the leader was very impressive. Really got the job done! Recommended!!

Their crew helped me with an in-town move and they were fantastic. They arrived early and were super efficient and careful with moving all of my belongings. I really appreciated all the care they took in packing my furniture and their help in making sure boxes were moved into the right rooms in my new place. They were all super friendly and very professional. A friend of mine had recommended Best Time Movers to me and I will recommend them to friends in the future.
