“After many of my 73 years spent dealing with other urban USPS facilities, I can tell anyone that consistently for the 18 years I've lived here that the Hiawassee Post Office and the folks that work there are the most professional, decent ,friendliest, nicest people I've ever done business with!”

“Absolutely the best Post Office I’ve ever dealt with. I drop off packages six days a week and get to observe their professional and patient interactions with customers.”

“Love our local USPS! John is so friendly and helpful! Everyone there greets you as you walk in and knows their job very well. I can't think of a time when I have had to wait for more than a few minutes to get through a line. Old fashion customer service, the way I like it. 👍”
