I was in recently with my grandmother who needed help with Mahogany stain for a small project she had at her home. We came in and Doug Chastain and Glen Grishaber jumped into action to help us out and addressed all of our needs.
I’m an operations manager in retail and know how most people only do surveys when they have a bad experience, but these guys were great! And I’m sure they don’t get recognized enough for the quality service they provide.

I was in a major jam with a project that I paid to have professionally done 2 years ago. It was supposed to last 8--10 but the contractor applied the product incorrectly (NOT the fault of Sherwin Williams). Glenn worked with me to find the most cost-effective way to solve my problem. He advised us on how to properly fix what the contractor messed up and then gave us practical tips on applying the new coating ourselves. His expertise and genuine care for my situation prompted me to compliment this team. This review is long overdue as they have been as solid source of information and quality products since I bought my home here in 2021. This team truly cares about the problem that you are trying to address.

Doug the store manager is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, patient, with excellent customer skills. All of his staff have actually been quite amazing…it’s my sixth home. Best Sherwin Williams store …if you need color matching or design questions…i have learned so much from each of their staff…the house looks wonderful, inside and out!! Thank you!!

I’ve used SHERWIN Williams paint most of my life. Every so often I’d make the mistake of picking up some paint from another competitor to save money and later regretted it. You can’t beat the quality and I’ve learned that if I’m patient and plan ahead, SHERWIN Williams runs some pretty great sales. The most recent was buy one gallon get one free so I bought up enough to paint the outside of my house when the weather warms up.

Personal service. Sale prices. The paint buying experience was so much better than if I had gone to a big box store. Only thing less than ideal was that paint was available only in five gallon size and only in flat/matte.
