The last 2 times I have called the office, the woman was SO rude. She knows NOTHING about the new website or how to set up auto pay. I think she needs training in customer service and how to navigate their website. She has a HORRIBLE attitude.

I don't have to go in much but the nicest people run this office; pleasure to deal with.

My water meter busted because of cold weather and they came out within a few hours and fixed it. Also, on another occasion they called to let me know they noticed unusual water usage. I wish Atlanta Water service was like this.
