B J's Bottle Shop is a store with friendly and helpful staff, described as great and very nice. The owners are extremely nice and willing to remedy issues. Prices are great, run the normal range, and are cheaper than a major competitor, with some crazy prices on allocated items. The store is very clean. However, the store is also described as so tiny and run down. There was an incident with a rude employee over service dog requirements, which the owners addressed. The convenience to the local area is a noted positive.

The staff is great, friendly and very helpful. Prices run the normal range. I will return and will recommend but, OMG the store is so tiny and run down. Maybe add on to the building or maybe carry a little less inventory.

Love this store the people’s are very nice and the store is very clean the prices are great I would recommend this store to everyone
