Assistant manager was rude. I asked for a bag after I purchased my items because I totally forgot and I was going to pay for it and she rudely said “ never mind you didn’t asked me before” I said I was sorry and she kept glaring at me rudely as I was putting the items in the bag, didn’t even bother to help me & I was so nice & was willing to pay for it. What kind of assistant manager is that, put her back in her place lol.

My 6 yo had to go to the bathroom and I went in with him. Cashier said no public restrooms. Offered to buy something and she looked away as he held himself and started crying. Absolute monsters. Stay clear.

Heard a lot of good things about their new dim sum. Tried the jalapeño pork hash and the shrimp and pork pork hash. I was really surprised by the improvement over the dim sum they used to provide. I will definitely be back again.

Came in with an emergency to use the bathroom, as the restaurant we were at the bathrooms flooded, the crew declined our emergency request to use the bathroom.

I don't know how is the manager but the manager needs to force the mask up rule I saw two people walking in with out a mask how can we be a safer Hawaii if u are letting people come in without a mask u guys should have the mask mandated up or ask them where is your mask and then not let them pull up their shirt like one man did that is not a real mask if they don't have a mask on then u should ask them to leave

I go here because it's near my house and it's convenient. I bought a Oreo handi snack. Got home and it tasted stale and totally rancid. It was obviously super old but there was no date on it and since it was only a dollar I was like meh whatever. The next time I came here I bought a snack called pepero. I should have checked the date because after I got home and opened it, i realized it expired 6 months ago! Be careful when purchasing snacks here and always check the date because obviously they put stuff out and never rotate stock. What about the bentos and hot foods? GroSs!!

What ever happened to the old crew there after they left place turn to rubbish mess all over the place crew not friendly. Rubbish all over in and out the store. Noone cares now.. I want the old crew back.

You would be surprised at what you can find at 7-Eleven. They have so many different types of cold and hot foods to choose from and it's not your normal convenient store stuff. The food actually taste really delicious. You can buy a hot musubi or manapua at 5:30 in the morning. 7-Eleven is such a great thing to have in any community. You can purchase gas, food, drinks, magazines, hygiene products, snacks, gift cards, get money out if the ATM machine and lets not forget slurpee's in many flavors. The stores are always clean and the cashiers always have a smile to share.... even at 5:40 am.

It's our neighborhood 711. My family likes to come here for F'Real. It's like this ice cream based slushie drink. We love it! They have lots of great flavors, my favorite is the strawberry banana. My husband likes the peanut butter reeses one, my son likes the cookies and cream. If you're lucky, the machine won't break on you. Every time we come here, every single time! It breaks. Hahaha but you just gotta be patient, walk around a little bit, it comes back. So you get one drink in, then it breaks, walk around, come back, get another drink, then it breaks. Hahaha But seriously, we don't mind this 711, you have friendly staff, always smiling. And you have to try their pho! If you want a quick fix and craving for pho? 711 has some good instant pho! They also have musubis, chicken with rice, even some pork hash! I also tried their banana bread on the counter, they were pretty good. I also like to buy ice cream from here, they have my favorite fish shaped ice cream with red bean. Love it!

Went to get gas, gave the cashier $10. Decided to get some food and drinks. Total is $13 plus $10 for gas so around $23. When the cashier rings me up I give him more but he says I'm short. So I gave a $20. Went back today because I realize he took my $10. I didn't get my $10 back from before I went back to get food. They told me I cannot he helped. Ok. So you guys saw in the camera that he took it but you guys aren't going to do anything. Ok. Not going back if he's working there still. Terrible Waste of time.
