Absolutely fantastic. We had a valuable rug that was in horrible shape and smelled like dog pee. Took a while, but they were able to get all the smell out of it and refurbished the carpet. Quick and awesome service, with a good price! Had a couple Ikea rugs that were sitting in storage for a while. Both had some pet and other stains. They managed to get it all cleaned, no kidding the rugs look like new. 100000% recommended!
