Busy, busy, busy!
They open at 9 AM and the lines start at 8:30 AM. Lines for bank tellers, business ops, and even the drive-thru ATMs.
Always efficient and quick though. Lots of long time staff who know what to do.
Parking is tight but never impossible. Might have to walk an extra minute or two.
Otherwise this location services its purpose in the busy Pearl City, Aiea area.

opened a new biz account, I asked to be printed one check in the meantime while the new account is setup and check book is mailed. associate couldn’t even remember to do it. instead spent one hour trying to get us to sign up for clover because asb has their account and utilize their services

Transferred account from my son’s account into my account…Received funds to pay off credit card thinking it’s my funds because it’s in my checking account…Son is in college in the Mainland & come to find out because of the transfer that happened without my knowledge, warning, or notification I spend his stipend from the VA to pay for his needs & wants during school…Because the funds were transferred to clear my negative balance it’s okay by the bank’s regulation…STILL immorally wrong because it’s NOT my money but my son’s…Let me break it down…If someone pays you money it’s yours, but because we know each other it’s ours, riiiiiight??? WRONG…What’s paid to you is yours, what’s paid to me is mine…Ended up utilizing my son’s college stipend because someone inside the bank decided to transfer funds without my permission…But it’s your money, NO, it’s NOT my money…Don’t take funds from my children, provide for my children…If it can happen to me, it can happen to you!!!

Teller was not helpful. She was staring off. Cognitive delay. Took over half hour as I asked for a card replacement. Too busy chit chatting with colleague/ coworker. I needed to go about my day . I already waited patiently in line prior to being helped .

This branch is very rude . They do not treat people with Aloha. I recommend going to any other branch but this one. Customer service is not good.

Since my sister's incapacitation, I have found American Savings Bank to be the WORST bank in the Pearlridge area! Having my sister verify personal information with the ASB Customer Service person, they asked for exact amounts of the latest transaction from the account. Unless you give them the exact amount they would verify you even when the account person tells them their full name, SSN, ASB Savings Bank account number, you are given the, I would like to help, but SORRY I can't!!! Unfortunately, due to health issues,moving with most bank statements on the web, it was mentioned that knowing the exact amount was not possible. I told her all we needed to know was whether a deposit was made in her account. A yes or no answer. ASB says, "Sorry, I would like to help, but can't." Guess what, we are going to withdraw all our monies from ASB and tell everyone we know to go to BOH where they are #1! FYI, I do not have an account with BOH, but have dealt with them on this same situation!!

Getting ready to gather one of the most important things we need before taking off the island - CASH!We are just around the corner to get our Covid-19 swab test and luckily this ASB location is just across to where we are. Favorably convenient, so we decided to just get in this location since we are kind'a runnin' out of time.The guard outside didn't greet us but the staff inside happily greeted us. The woman who accommodate us is so friendly but not genuinely friendly. But what's important is that she was able to help us and help us figure out the things that we are concerned of.We leave the place satisfied and happy as the transaction we did here went according to our plan. Mahalo for the helpful service to the staff that helped us.Mahalo for reading & happy juandering fellow yeeps!

Just finished getting a loan and opening a new checking account with Dante' in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Thank you again Dante' for the excellent service. Highly recommend this location.

#grateful I discovered American Savings Bank there seems to be ATMs on every corner everybody I have communicated with has been top-notch over accommodating I was able to get a safety deposit box for just $30 a year it's amazing how good things happen to good people check out this picture of this awesome dog with American Savings in the background

Absolutely terrible customer service. Someone fraudulently got into my account and ASB allowed them to overdraw by $1300 then told me to just wait 2 weeks while they investigate and decide if I get my money back Meanwhile I'm expected to just be without money while they "decide" if I get my stolen funds back..... Not sure in what way they find this at all being responsible and supportive to the customer. My trust in this bank is completely gone. Perhaps they get added to the list of who I press charges on for lost money and wages? Very sad because there are some solid service level employees there but this has ruined the image and trust beyond repair. Very sad.
