I went this store to add a new line for my brother . When I asked for new line and device, Sushma asked me if I want to upgrade too. She also break down my bills and gave me a best deal. It’s like win win for me. She was very helpful and I experienced best costumer service so far. I am definitely recommending my friends.

Got completely wrong information on adjusting my account, came back later in the day an they are closed before 6 even though they are suppose to be open till 7. I dont know why att makes it so difficult to do anything

The person that helped us was very patient and kind. We went here twice and he staff stocked with us and helped us. Seemed very genuine and like they had our best interest at heart. The only complaint I have is that the air wick air freshener in the store and bathroom made the air quality toxic and very hard to breathe, those kind of chemical fresheners emit phthalates which are known hormone disruptors and have been linked to increased risk of cancer.It was so strong I had to put my shirt up to my nose and use it as a mask and my partner and I and our clothes wreaked of the smell after. I'd recommend to use one with essential oils or something natural that doesn't make customers want to leave to breathe clean air.

Purchased lifetime face protector for my phone. Had it replaced for free the first time. Second time had to pay $8 plus tax. So much for lifetime. Disappointed

In early June, I returned from an overseas military assignment and needed to upgrade my phone since the last time I upgraded my phone was in 2018. I went to this store since it was closest to base and dealt with an employee named Roje. He told me I could receive a $1000 promotional credit for my iPhone XS but wouldn't be able to transfer the data from my old phone to the new iPhone 14Pro I wanted to purchase. So, he advised me to take my old phone home with the new one, transfer the data, return within 30 days, and he would give me the trade-in paperwork. I returned the next week and he processes the trade-in paperwork where it shows I will only receive $350 because "that promotion ended on the 8th or 9th." He told me I needed to call 611 to tell them to apply the credit as I had purchased the new phone within the promotional date. This didn't sound right to me, but I've been living overseas and haven't bought a phone in 5+ years so what do I know. I called 611 and they told me this is absolutely not true and that kind of credit wouldn't apply to the old phone I had. Also, there was never a promotion that ended recently as the current promotions they have are ongoing since April. I asked to lodge a complaint against the store for deceptive practices but they asked me to go to the store and try to resolve there first. I returned to the store and spoke with Christian who seemed like he'd be helpful and seemed upset with the customer service received from Roje. He promised to call after talking to the regional manager - he didn't. A few days later, I called the store to ask what the progress was and he said he "hated being told no so needed to talk with one more level of management" and would call me back - again, he did not. So, an employee told incorrect info about a promotional offer, a manager chose not to rectify it, and I (a customer of AT&T for 20 years) is out $650. Also, the bill I just received is grossly inflated and will surely be a pain to untangle once I call customer service to a) lodge a complaint against the store and b) figure out why my phone bill tripled. Once I pay this phone off ahead of time, I plan to cancel AT&T like I had originally planned but unfortunately changed my mind after hearing false phone promotion deals from this store.
