Recently, an open-box laptop purchase arrived with an incorrect charger. Joy, the counter person, and the manager Cristian, both did an great job to quickly verify the snafu and provide a correction. Within minutes, they provided a top-tier replacement, at no charge and I was out the door. Impressive customer service...thanks fellas.

Spoke to a second customer service agent seven days after I spoke to the first one. Now this agent tells me something else. He said within 7 - 10 days I'll be receiving a gift card in the mail. Whatever you do - DO NOT purchase a Best Buy gift card ever. (You only redeem what you buy) You'll be sorry! Better yet, avoid shopping at Best Buy! You walk in the store and get no help too. They're busy talking stories amongst themselves.

I have bought many appliances from best. Buy and every single one of them were damaged. I went into the store yesterday. Because I bought 2 devices an apple, a Google hub. And a Google. Screen? When I first bought it, the floor person told me it's easy to hook up. I Went home and I wasn't able to hook it up. So I called to see if someone could come out anyway. No one came or called so I went into the store yesterday. Wanting to buy me more devices. Electronic devices. I brought up the situation and they wanted me to pay a $130. For someone to come up and hook it up. I said no. Because it was supposed to have been hooked up from the very beginning. I have the total service and now you want to go ahead and charge me for it. I don't think that's fair so. Best Buy. Doesn't follow their procedures. I have a total tech plan. And it should have covered the installation. But they wanted to charge me for it. So I think shame on them for selling me a service. I might not wanna go back to them. Let alone buy all my electronics that I was gonna use to set up. Not to mention cancel my total text service, poor service. Along with all of my appliances that I bought my refrigerator my range, my microwave all scratch and dented on the sides and I had my dishwasher changed out 4 times I am just about had it with them. I am saying this so that others don't go. And get into the same situations. I'm in right now

The store always asks you for your phone number and want you to divulge as many personal identifiers as possible My pet peeve give me the tip amount on the screen but stay out my business nonya business -my personal info like my phone number is my MF business not Best Buy I bought a TV online for the Super Bowl it was super smaller than I thought but the store is kinda sketchy and always scares me even in HNL I feel like people their customers are always trying to steal from BB and they have a hard job trying to follow all these rules and it's just chaos! I was over charged twice for a monitor because of their faulty system online ... it was so strange which isn't the first time they have SMS message me after my cc has already gone through then they take ur bank info swear to God and somehow they get your phone number which is INSANE Not only was overcharged for two monitors these Jack axes have my phone number and my work number that they got from my bank ? I think I am more mad about the invasion of privacy the I am being over charged when u provide shitty service being over charged becomes a norm When u say no u can't have my phone number they send me this weird. Verification that looks like it's from my bank verifying the purchase from BB never happened in my life before The things that make u go hmmmmm Scammerszzz definitely contacting the FTC this gotta stop her in Hawaii

This Best Buy is in Pear ridge area. It’s a two story one. We went there to buy a new Apple Remote but decided to walk around: it appears the store seemed empty on the first level. Could just be the layout or the inventory was low. First floor had your laptops, routers, movies, and computers, and light’s. The top area seemed to have lots of the appliances, TVs, and toys. We had to ask for help with finding the Apple Remote. The line for the registers were short so it was easy to pay and leave.

I usually dont write reviews but wanted to write a review on the associate Jaden. I came to the store looking for an electronic to gift to my bf for valentine’s day while being on a budget and Jaden offered me a best buy credit card to help me save money. He was really helpful. Great service!!

Went to buy a monitor there was nobody in the tech dept. Three guys and myself waited 10 to 15 mins to get help. The employee I walked up to to ask for help laughed at me and kept walking away. I still got my pc monitor although I wish I hadn't. This place has absolutely atrocious customer service and should be condemned. The employee that checked me out was talking and giggling with his coworker the whole time whilst ringing me up. A horrible experience on multiple levels from this location too bad the other location is way too far from me.

Good customer service... I asked where to find external DVD writers and was pointed in the general direction of the back corner of the store with general instructions to find them, "near the cheap computers." After searching for a few minutes (I'm disabled so walking around is not my strong suit), I had to ask again for an associate to show me. Inwas immediately accommodated, found what I wanted, and made the purchase without incident. Would go here again.

So went to buy an icebox nothing fancy on Dec26,2023. It's February 7,2024 and still haven't got my item! January 7,2024 was the delivery date when they came and opened the box the icebox was smashed in on the right side. We returned it, husband emailed the salesperson no reply WTF! You call the store no one answers. LAST TIME I'M BUYING SOMETHING FROM THERE! BEST BUY CORPORATE OFFICE SHOULD BE LOOKING AT THESE REVIEWS!

Unfriendly and rude. Not only did a female employee refuse to help us after my husband asked, but we were being followed around the store from the time we walked in. As if we were criminals about to steal something.
