I never imagined saling a truck would be so easy and we would get a fair price from a dealership. I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with CARMARK. We were treated with the up most respect and kindness even during negotiations. We had every intention to take our truck home as we didn't not expect to receive a fair price however in less than an hour we were cut a check and given and extremely fair price.

I was in a tough situation with my car loan, and only had a few days left on the island. When I came into the Carmark center. Carlos greeted me warmly and was very open minded, non-judgmental, lighthearted, and lovely to work with. He has such a deep experience with his business, and knows the best ways to make you feel safe, welcomed, and satisfied with your situation. He is extremely honest and genuine. I truly appreciate his business and really only write reviews when I feel like I have had outstanding service. Carlos exceeds this expectation. Went to 4 different places all across the island, looking for different numbers to sell my vehicle. Wife found CARMARK and convinced me to give it a go. I'm very glad I did, because Carlos was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. Struck a deal in less than an hour and left very happy with the result. Really smooth and easy process to sell my truck. Carlos was very transparent, efficient and very fair. Took my truck to Toyota where they tried to lowball me but Carlos offered a competitive rate in line with KBB appraisal. Very quick and in and out with less than an hour time spent.
