What a joke!!!! They lock the doors around 4:30pm everyday from what the customer service rep said after I had to call them to see if they were open. I stood at the door and knocked but no one answers. After getting off the phone with them someone came outside to let me in. Four reps were in their with no attempt for help. I found the cream I was looking for and went to the check out. Bottles were sitting on the counter blocking me from putting the container down which I might add is heavy gallon of cream. One of the clerks was like it go over here with all the bottles still there. They all seemed so busy to help yet i was the only customer inside. Customer service sucks!!!! I’d rather drive into town to have to deal with them ever again.

Stopped coming here about a year ago or so when Pandemic came around. (I started shopping with them at the original location in the Salt Lake area, if I remember correctly).Rod, behind the counter always greeted me with a smile when we entered. He's knowledgeable, always smiling and eager to help. I could stay for hours browsing at the wide selection of products. There was one frustrating experience however. They sold me the wrong pump for the liter of shampoo I had purchased. It didn't cost a whole lot but it didn't fit. I had taken it back the following month I was there. The woman went in the back and came with the correct-size pump. Unfortunately, when I got home and tried it, this one still didn't fit. That was just one isolated bad experience. All in all, this was my favorite place for products. Parking isn't a problem because there's more in the back of the building if the main lot is filled.

NOT open on Sunday, please update your hours and days of operation. Came by at 3:30pm on Sunday and was informed that they are normally not open on Sunday, and apparently closed at 2pm according to the lady that came to the door. Even though google shows their hours as 12-4 on Sunday’s, waste of time.

Come prepared to shop. This is one the most well stocked locations I've ever been to. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. So eager to talk and engage with me. The isles do have a lot of boxes but everything is super stocked so you're able to grab, pay and go. Lots of hot tools to choose from and a wide range of brands. Was really impressed with the amount of OlaPlex on the shelf and grateful too! Thanks for being my new CosmoProf location. I'm super thankful your location is in a less trafficked area and so I was able to get parking and leave effortlessly!

I love the staff!!! Lisa is so awesome!!! Super helpful and knowledgeable!!! I love how she shares her real life experience with the products and her honest opinions. This is my primary location to get products, they do have other locations. Aiea is a bit out of my way, but worth the drive.

My son and I went on 4/12 2021 to get products for my salon and noticed they had Babybliss Rose Gold Clippers on the shelf. I made an invoice back order of this product in NOV 2020 because it was on sale but not in stock. I checked back twice a month since and was always told it was still on back order. I was upset that they never called me to pickup the product in the first place but now the assistant manager PAM was telling me that they have just THROWN AWAY all of their previous back orders, fulfilled or not. She preceded to tell me that there was nothing she could do and that the price was NEVER that low. She did nothing to help resolve the problem and move forward. She continued this for about 5 minutes while the other associate Dana was on the phone contacting other stores to see if they had records of the sale. Pam continued to raise her voice towards me and my son had to come in between us to calm me down. I asked her many times to please lower her voice but she was insistent that "THE CLIPPERS HAVE NEVER BEEN ON SALE." Pam insisted that they was no way to override the price of the item even if the item was on sale. While my son was talking to Dana, I found a picture I took of the sale back in NOV and showed it as proof. After I showed her the picture then magically the computer allowed her to override the price. We were able to leave the store with the clippers for the sale price as well as Dana making another invoice for an additional clipper because my previous invoice was for 2. This was incredibly appalling and infuriating that the ASSISTANT MANAGER would claim it was me, the customers fault and make it my responsibility to prove they had a sale. After all was said and done, she never apologized once for the way she treated me and kept trying to "explain their procedures". Till this day, the store has not contacted me about this issue or about resolving it.

So I was just at this location not to long ago around 130pm 4/24/21. I'm so upset at the way the lady who rang me up and yelled at my 2 nephews for running around the store. I was already letting them know not to run around to begin with and she yelled at both of my nephews to stop running around as if I wasn't already trying to control it. Then she proceed to let them know "stop running around or there would be blood on the floor and on me and my boss is going to kill me." Super unprofessional and I don't think you should be talking to anyone's kids that way. She did not even greet us hello when we walked in nor did she say anything nice after she rang me up. I've been at this locations many times and majority of the employees here are nice except this one that rang us up today.
