We scheduled a 9:30 AM appointment for the recall-related software update, a brake fluid flush, and a safety check. We were told the car would be ready that afternoon and that we would receive a status update at 3 PM. Because no transportation was offered, we waited the entire day at a nearby mall.
At nearly 4 PM, the service advisor informed us that none of the three services had been completed and that the car would need to remain at the dealership overnight. Again, no complimentary transportation was offered. Although we were able to pick up the car the next afternoon, the experience was very disappointing, as the delays, lack of communication, and absence of transportation support created unnecessary disruption to my schedule.

Cutter Ford was amazing. We never in a million years thought that we would have gotten behind a brand new truck. Our sales associate Brian Chong was informative and made the experience less painful. His manager Chris and J manguba from finance was an amazing trio. They were able to work it out so that we not only got behind a new Ford truck but also got a great interest rate with not so much down. We are now dedicated to Cuttet Ford.

The people here are very accommodating and friendly. Victor took good care of us. We were just window shopping but we really wanted to trade in our ford edge, not really expecting that we would get approved with a brand new ford escape. We got a great deal and they even took in the ford edge twice the market value and gave us the top of the line ford escape st line elite. We love the new car and we are very pleased with it and also very thankful for staff that took care of us. 10/10 we would recommend this dealership.
