Just got my Ram back from Dads Auto Body shop.. They did a outstanding job.. I went inside a parking garage.. Cleared the clearance sign, but hit the cement ceiling in the parking structure.. Ripped off the shark fin antenna and dented the roof. I used Silicone and Flex seal so it wouldnt leak.. Got it back today looking brand new... Highly recommend DADS Auto body... Im in love with my truck again... Mahalo Nui Loa

It took four months for them to fix a 1 day job. I received multiple confirmation calls for the parts and agreed every time. Then they canceled the order. I asked them why and they gave me a bad excuse. They finally ordered the parts after that. When they actually did the job it was quick and looks fantastic. The actual repair team is fantastic. My insurance company recommended Dads auto repair. I was greeted by a women at the front desk & ask me if I was dropping my vehicle we went outside to inspect my vehicle she took many pictures and arranged for enterprise car rental to pick us up. They were fast, polite & professional I gave them 5 stars. In a day & half I had my car back in tip top condition. Just wonderful.

In February, 2023, after reporting to my car insurance company about my Santa Fe's collision with a coward driver of another vehicle, I scheduled an appointment with Dad's to get an estimate and chose Dad's to repair my vehicle. After waiting for over a month for the part from Hyundai, my vehicle was finally scheduled for repairs on April 24th.. It only took Dad's 4 days to repair my Santa Fe and the result was totally awesome! The gorge and scratches gone and the paint matched the original paint on my car. Friendly, helpful and excellent customer assistance from the GEICO adjuster and especially from Chelsea, Chauncie, the daily updates during the repairs and staff employees of Dad's. I would highly recommend DadIs Auto Body & Paint to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired and painted.

My car was keyed and it needed to repainted. This was one of the shops my insurance used. The workers are all super friendly from the initial inspection. Since then, they were very responsive and efficient. The office worker,Chelsie, helped me out and was very friendly. She was very accommodating. The company offers services with Enterprise if needed & a shuttle can be provided which was helpful. They made the entire process quick and easy. It can be deviating when people damage your property and dealing with compassionate staff makes a big difference in your day. My car looked back to its new self and I was so relieved having my BMW back.Only downside is probably the $60 storage feeif you're unable to pickup your vehicle in time. But I guess it's reasonable since the shops parking lot is pretty small.

I brought my jeep in some time ago to get the air conditioning looked at when it stopped running as it should and stayed on full blast only. I also mentioned I recharged the AC every two weeks and the shop commented on how expensive that must be for me. When they called with the quote to repair the AC, I told them I couldn’t afford it but thanked them for looking at it and said I’d come to pay for the diagnostic and live with the AC. I don’t know what miracle they did to it, but the AC hasn’t leaked since. Not once. When I looked to see what they’d done they hadn’t charged me for anything. Just the diagnostic and one more recharge. This shop is full of caring, kind, and professional people. I am so grateful for whatever it was they did that fixed the leak. It has saved me so much money! 10/10 would recommend. Now I just need to get my Corolla bumper fixed by them!Services: Air conditioning
