I set an appointment in advance, while on vacation. I had to agents call me. I cut my vacation short to have my vehicle serviced. The agents (2 of them) that called me back COMPLETELY SCREWED UP on what needed to be done and when. I wound up making 2 trips to Aeia which was a COMPLETE INCONVENIENCE. PHONE AGENTS HORRIBLE.
I WASTED 2 WHOLE DAYS to have my SUV serviced.

The worst location I have ever been to. Not efficient at all. They told me it would take one hour from start to finish to change two tires, but it actually takes 30-40 minutes to change all four tires.
To make matters worse, due to their lack of experience, they broke one of the tire studs, which resulted in an additional hour of waiting.
This is the worst shop I have ever been to! I would not recommend them at all! Would not provide any sort of discount for the inconvenience, was only told “you were a walk in” meaning I’m not a priority!

They should explain over the phone the wait time for service, so accommodation can be made. Be consistent with the ordering of the product. Overall, the clerk felt bad and was very accommodating. It was not his fault but did reflect the company. As for the tires, I rate that 5 stars for the price.

When made the appointment several days in advance I had a time of 10am. When I arrived they told me my time was changed to 12pm due to over booking the 10am slot.
I work overnights and stayed up from work for the 10am slot. A notification of the change in time should have been made and I could have went to sleep and came in later. Also, I had planned on waiting for the 1.5 hour time quote for the repair but due to the time change I dropped it off and had to schedule a pick up.
Also, I was not given the pre-alignment or post-alignment measurements up picking up my vehicle. Only when I asked about it, did I receive a post-measurements.
I have gotten a tire alignment through Firestone (same location) before and they provided both pre and post. The employee said sorry he didn't have the pre-alignment measurements.
Would have been nice to see how off my alignment was due to the unusual wear on my tires.

Technicians are extremely helpful, and although they are really busy they take the time to ensure customers are taken care of.

I felt the prices were fair and the work scheduled and done promptly. They also gained a lot of my trust. I requested a service that turned out not to be required. Rather than perform the unnecessary service and charge me they removed it from the bill. Because of their honesty I am planning to have them do additional work for me next month.

Super friendly... Super busy... but that just shows you how good they are. I have never had problems with them doing my safety checks, oil change and alignment. Highly Recommend. They are also Nationwide so if you have points and warranties with them... you can take them anywhere.
