So over the course of 4 days I have travel around to each Footlocker on island in search of a pair of shoes. I started at Ala Moana Footlocker for the Jordan Taxi Mids in size 7, they searched around the island in the system to see which store had them available. They directed me to the Kids Footlocker at Pearlridge Shopping Mall. I asked for their number to call ahead and the employees at the Ala Moana location informed me that they never answer when they call for other requests and that was a true statement because I called multiple times to get no answers. So, I stopped by yesterday due to the Ala Moana location stating that they had 2 in stock. Got to the location and they said that they don’t have a 7 and the International Marketplace Footlocker have it in stock, so I called ahead to put on hold and they upheld their promise to hold it for 24 hrs. I spoke with the employee today at the International Marketplace Footlocker about riding to all the Footlocker locations for these to find out that the Footlocker at Pearlridge has (2) Jordan Taxi Mids in a size 7 in stock and I’m not sure why they told me a lie that they didn’t have it. This customer service is unacceptable and the integrity of this location is lacking tremendously. I have been shopping at footlocker for years and have been a huge sneaker head for over 20+ years, but this encounter with this purchase has left me to not wanting to buy nothing else from Footlocker. I highly recommend getting this location getting surveyed for better service and integrity. I have attached a picture of what the system showed today from my purchase at International Marketplace Footlocker regarding the Pearlridge location, which I live 8 min from.

8-23-21 Yesterday was our last chance to spend the day with our sweetie before her new school year started today, 8/24. We came to this store in Pearlridge first. We were a few minutes early with only an employee being let in. A shop across the way was already open so we went there to not waste time. Immediately after Claire's we returned to Kids Foot Locker. The lady with short hair we spoke to earlier remembered us and brought out the foot measuring apparatus. She pointed us in the direction of the back right of the store for size 2. There were 3 sections in that range of sizes. Our granddaughter selected 3 pairs to try on- a pink, a bling heel and a leopard style. Only the leopard one was in stock in her size. We had a little chuckle when the First Lady noticed she came in with a leopard design slipper and I was wearing a leopard printed shorts. The younger lady named Aulani got us socks to try on and purchase. It came in a bunch of 6 socks in 3 assorted colors. There was a male employee on his laptop who was around for a bit too. The two ladies were patient, friendly and helpful. We never made it to the other stores that carry children's footwear. Our mission for the day was accomplished. On to Fun Factory although her eyes spotted the dimly lit Glow GolfX

Not to mention about this establishment, and to be honest we take out older grandchildren here to let them Decompress and have a little fun, but the only reason I walked in here tonight was because I had our youngest grand daughter and while we waited for the families order from churches I wanted to Keep Her entertained, and she sure was with all the lights and the noises and of course gramma Aimee H and grandpa making all kinds of crazy sounds and faces at her , surely put a smile on her face , if only we could only understand what this little 2 years old sweetheart must have been Saying,

UPDATING because I don't know how to respond to a comment made down there: But it was not a Best Buy date ma'am. It said "EXP" meaning expiration. It was expired & I know what I saw. If it was a Best Buy date I wouldn't have asked to take it back.

TILT---MRC=3% Does anyone still remember what TILT was? Them pinball machines right? When you rock the pinball machine hard enough to cheat the ball into rolling a certain way? At least thats the way I remember, ironically, theres no pinball machines here or any game where the exploiting concept is simulated, however, there are other things that ARE being tilted lol. The whole convert real money into fake money is nothing like the old arcades and the fun doesn't last as long as back in the day either. Instead its easy to blow through your digital currency when you actually think about how much each game or "attempt" to win at some of these games is. Set a limit and be done with it or burn a hole in your wallet in a few minutes, your choice! So there's 2 locations of TILT at Pearlridge Shopping center one is in Phase 1/Uptown/Mauka, first floor just between the Applebees and Food Court. The other is located 2nd floor of Phase 2/Downtown/Wai Makai. For simplicity and sanitys sake (I dont even know why they keep changing the name of the places!) I'll just refer to both as location 1 and 2 and list what I observed! Location 1: Smaller, feels like a cramped damp basement! Darker, not as lit in back area (Teens smooching in dark corners) More Arcade Type Video Games Odd Smells More Ride type games Close to Exits, Parking Right next to Restroom and Food Court Prize exchange mediocre (Nephews own words not mine! "sucky these prizes") Winning Ratio, not rigged and not too bad, see pic. Location 2: Bigger and Taller Brighter, more Lit Bigger Machines Skee Ball and Basketball More Co op and multiplayer games (there was a VR game that was drawing a crowd of kids squealing in excitement) Moderate walking from Exit and Parking Restrooms somewhat close Better Prize Redemptions Winning Ratio, Losing more than winning I miss the old Tilts and Arcades, but this is still better than nothing. I dont see this as a month thing, or everytime were in the mall kinda thing, maybe more seasonal or special occasion. Although we went to both, It kinda feels like half the fun is missing or something when you are at one, and if theres anything being tilted besides the cost to fun ratio, its my head trying to figure out why this place is split in two!

This NEW TILT in (lower) Pearl Ridge located across Jeans warehouse, next to Expressions. I think there was A Sanrio there before. The upgraded Arcade games are awesome, though a bit pricey but WORTH IT. Just seeing how my 3 year old grandson enjoy himself and dance to the music of the animated interaction games like Mario's haunted Mansion makes it worth every penny. The tickets earned from those games can be used towards prizes. They still need to improve that part, but they have these little Fidgets (60 tickets) that are perfect for little fingers and my Grandson loves it, he's always playing with it. So well Worth it...

I agree with the previous reviews. There is literally zero customer service here, I don't even know how this place stays in business. Went there looking for running shoes for my 9 yr old son who'll be starting track. My family and in walked in there on a Tuesday, no one else in the store. There's one employee there just standing behind the register all the way in the back of the store, she didn't even say hi or welcome, but what made it worse is she didn't even bother to leave her counter and see if we needed help, again, no one else in the store.... employees here should try working for their money. Also, the only brand of shoe they carry is Nike. Not much too choose from at all...'especially for parents on a budget.... which is MOST parents.

Service is bad here. Machines seem to constantly have problems. When you look for help, no one is there to help. Review is for sears side Tilt. Not sure who is running this place. Talk about poor management. This will be the last time I'll be taking my kids here.

This review is for the new tilt on sears side. Fun small gaming arcade for kids to play at. Good place to pass time Maybe before or after a movie or dinner. Today we went to pass time and decided to play some games, one employee was out for about 10 mins then disappeared. I wanted to ask him why my card showed that I didn't have any tickets because we've been here before but couldn't find an employee. I waited by the counter for an employee for 5 mins but no one came out so I continued to play games for another 20 mins and when I was done no one was there. Left and went to grab food upstairs real quick before leaving and passed by and still no one there! Not sure if they're allowed to leave the counter for that long but I doubt that's acceptable.

Fun place to be at to kill time and have fun. There's one by the food court taco bell side and another one by journeys. Nowadays you only need a card to pay for all your games. Only some games need tokens. Credits for 1 game isn't too much. I like tilt cuz they got a lot of claw games. But they need to update the arcades

Before Fun Factory left, I rarely visited Tilt. Even when it was at Windward Mall, I rarely visited Tilt. So when I saw they were setting up a new location in Pearl Ridge Downtown, i figured (sigh, what the heck) that it would be a pale imitation of the old Fun Factory. But...I was wrong. They did a great job of lighting the place up (their other locations were like being in a cave) and have a good assortment of games (the other locations had mostly videos). Two concerns were 1) after charging my card for a $50 tilt card, nothing fell out and 2) the tokens won on the Wizard of Oz coin push machine had to be manually counted by a clerk to credit to my account. As for item 1) I just planted my butt by the card machine and refused to leave till an attendant could help. The girl rushed over and much to my surprise, jammed her hand in the slot where the card was supposed to fall down. It turns out my $50 card was stuck in the chute. As for item 2) the old Fun Factory had a machine that would automatically credit your account with points for each token inserted. Faster and one less things for the attendants to do. They have a pretty good assortment of prizes that one can get and I'll be checking from time to time to see what else they bring in. Overall it was okay and I'll probably visit on a regular basis.

The location is nice. It's in pearl ridge right near the food court. I go here more often now since Fun Factory is gone. The AC is either not on or too low because I started to sweat playing here too long. BTW when I went it was Summer so... it was really hot. The staff are nice. The thing I hate the most about Tilt is that I swear the claw machines are rigged AF because 1. They never change the prizes inside 2. I've never won a doll 3. I've never lifted a doll once in this arcade. I've only like pinched them and that was it. Claws weak AF Good place to go to though if you're going with little kids. They'll be interested in the place and be happy with the prizes at the ticket booth. The only good stuff an adult may be interested in would be extremely expensive. Oh yeah, I have never checked in here because I always come with my little cousins and they are always hard to watch so I never have time to check in whenever I go.

Wish they brought back Fun Factory. This place is dirty and super expensive. U can spend a lot of money and still not have enough tickets for the prizes
