Uhm just go buy it online. Or somewhere else honestly. Tell your workers stop talking stories to eachother and try talking to customers! We couldn’t even get their attention cause they too busy talking stories and laughing it up.

Store employees would not help. They said they had two pairs of shoes in my size after I went to the counter to ask for them. After about a 20 minute walk the person who was supposed to be helping me was just walking around the floor. I asked him if he had my shoes and he said he could find them then wondered around again. Do NOT visit this location

Thank you Rachel for great customer service. She was able to find my size in the big kid section and I'm glad she took the time to look since woman's didn't have my size. Wanted only a particular shoe but left with 2. She was very helpful and quick.

Went here to get basketball shoes for my son. The lady who helped us was great! We weren't ready to buy, but she didn't pressure us. And she was super helpful in answering all our questions. She told us their online store was offering a discount on the shoes we wanted, which I really appreciated! I'll be coming back here again.

Horrible customer service. Just tried sending my husband to return an online order on my behalf with receipt, original packaging & payment method. They denied giving him a refund because I'm not there? Ridiculous! I hope corporate sees this review and changes the stores policy on returns. Will not be shopping at Footlocker again.
