“What I love best about this place is that there are members of all fitness levels and everyone is so cool with that - young, old, fit, just starting out....everyone goes at their own pace and no judgement! It can be quite intimidating at first to workout around others, but everyone is so focused on doing their own thing. So if you're worried about people making judgement about you while you workout, honestly there is no time for that, you're basically going from 0 to 100mph once warmups start.

People and staff are super friendly, I love that the coaches have exercise backgrounds so I feel confident that they know what they're doing. The location is convenient for me, generally no issues with parking and they only close a couple times a year (open on holidays!). It's a great little community at this location and it's still kicking my butt after almost 3 years there, it's my happy place.”

“I’ve tried numerous gyms throughout Oahu, Kauai, and Maui and personally found this to be the best gym in all of Hawaii. Huge gym with quite literally everything you need, whether you’re a casual or a serious lifter. Cheapest day pass too at $10/day. If I lived here this is where I’d go. And next time I’m back, this is where I’m going”
