I’ve had the 120cm speargun for about a year now and has not let me down. The only times that I have missed meat is on spooked fish. Great guns!! Very accurate. Gonna get a second shorter gun for my wife soon.

Wow talk about Excellent customer service.They stand behind the warranty of their product. I purchased a spear gun about a year ago at a different location and had it serviced at another location. Well the other location put lower quality bands that were not suited for my spear gun and did other modifications that were not needed for my setup. Well The staff members and the manager assisted me and informed me of all the problems with my current setup. they definitely helped me out and the best part they broke it down and explained everything Barney style for me to understand. This location will definitely be my go to place when it comes down o fishing equipment.

Be careful if you're buying Hammerhead's product online. Sure, they SAY they offer full refund, but the shipping is on you. For a $300 speargun it would have cost me $179 to return it from Los Angeles area!!! I'm positive Hammerhead has a special agreement with Fedex or UPS; if they acted in good faith they would have offered a return label (at their preferred rate) and deducted maybe $20-$30 from my refund. I just hope their product is worth it since I had to keep the gun that wasn't what I wanted after all. Very disappointing! Needless to say, never again Hammerhead...

HORRIBLE and INEXPERIENCED trust me when I say they are only surface and can care less about what you want. They're just a bunch of people who want your money and they seem they don't feel like they want to work there. Horrible experience as I called in the afternoons (12pm and after) to ask questions about their products as they admitted their website has not been updated in over 5+years(why would I want to buy stuff that are discontinued or not selling), so if you're wanting to get into spearfishing and need equipment, I'd go to WEST SIDE DIVE and TACKLE in Kapolei as they're so much better and have a variety of other products and they're pretty chill guys.

I've called Hammerhead spearguns multiple times for different reasons and I have always had a 5 star experience. Just recently customer service rep Rocky helped me out to do a small repair on my speargun. He was friendly, helpful, patient, and understanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
