I like coming here because you never know what you’re going to find. I come here liking for one thing and come out getting more. They have all kinds of pop culture shirts, apparel, Wicked, Disney, collector’s items, keychains, etc. Anytime I need some kind of item for a movie release you sure can find fan apparel items here. I recommend this place to anyone!

Not a happy shopper. I have shopped at all the hot topic stores in oahu with a great experience. For some reason every time I try to go to the pearl ridge mall store it is not a happy day. Rude and when asked for help it's more like yeah we don't have it sorry and brushed off. You ask a question to another associate I get a snappy I'm busy give me a minute attitude. I really, really try to avoid coming to this particular store. Maybe some more training on customer service or something might just make a huge difference.

This is my hubby's favorite store. He loves to get his anime things from Hot Topic. They were having a sale today. You buy one item and get the second item 30% off.I walked in and there was a sales associate standing by the door to greet me. They had a rack full of Hello Kitty items on both sides. She was explaining the sale to me and I thanked her. I walked around some more and saw a lot of cute merchandise. I love their Loungefly backpacks. They had one that was like a Barbie dollhouse. They also had a rack full of Barbie items, if you're a Barbie fan. There was a Mickey backpack that I really liked and a Winnie the Pooh one. Hot Topic always has the cutest merchandise. They're always on trend with what's popular at the moment.

I was feeling a bit nostalgic as I was killing time befor going to work at GEN. I bought a chain to use for hanging my keys for work. Friendly and helpfull staff. I saw some shirts I may go back to purchase.

Don't waste money on jewelry stuff it's expensive and breaks fairly quickly.Everything else is decent. My shirts last for a good while. The works are helpful and kind.
