“I been with this agency for a few years... ONLY BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE I GET FROM CINDY HAGIO thats at this agency. I have my home, cars and business under this agency bc of how she helps me in my madness and when I need. I had a claim I made for my business which halted alot of my services the last 3 weeks almost a month and although I had a hard time with the Claims in the mainland bc of the time difference CINDY MADE SURE ALL MY PHOTOS AND THINGS i needed get uploaded and she was the middle person that pushed this along so, I could make my claim and get it done. “Progressive is really good about getting service providers to you. I've been locked out twice and had a dead battery, two instances not during business hours. It's nice to know that these huge fees, which I deserve to pay, really count for something when you need them. And I'm particularly impressed with the communication between providers in Hawaii and Progressive operators probably working from home bc I heard kids playing in the background. I admit I am not experienced in adult things like car insurance, despite my age, but I appear to be getting my money's worth. If not they've successfully fooled me so I am satisfied which might be just as good!”
