Would never advise anyone using this company as a rental property management. Maybe their selling houses is better. As a rental management they are horrible. Don’t deposit checks until mid month or possibly even losing checks for months at a time. PM never responds and only wants to work 9-5 Monday through Friday. Stay away.

Ivy K Realty failed to return my security deposit despite fulfilling agreement terms. It has been six months since I moved out and I am still waiting for it. Their communication is poor and unreliable. I strongly advise against renting from them due to their unethical behavior.

exactly!! and they don't cash the checks on time and then threaten you with late fee pfft.. take a whole month to cash checks! not good on my end for business..

Not a bad company, this have great places at great prices.. However, I think that this company needs to update their payment systems. This is the year 2022. It's not convenient for anyone to pay rent by checks or cash anymore. So please upgrade.

These people are real shady. They are as crooked as they come, Seems like they got rip off down to a science The way I was dealt with. googled their history and this is what came up. Very shady people. Ex-realty agent nabbed in 'ice' case. Kumai Realty fired him after a blaze led to a crystal meth lab in his home

This review is about the way I was treated when I went to pick up my keys for my studio! Upon arriving I was told my realtor was not in and they started looking for my keys! Bobbie Sawai came out and said what is the problem? I told her I was told to pick up the keys and no one can find them. After getting questioned on when I was supposed to get the keys and who told me to get it that day, I tell her this is not okay as I took off early and had people helping me move! She tells me we are trying and we don't really have to do even that! Her words "we can just say we don't have the keys and not even look"! Being a first time renter and just after giving the realty company 2500.00 for rent and deposit, I expected a little better service to say the least!

First question we were asked was, "is this in your budget?" when visiting an open house by Ivy K Realty. Then asked, "are you prequalified?" The way in which we were asked was very off putting and snarky, as if we couldn't afford the house we were viewing. Girl, we ain't here for your free cookies and candy... cause you obviously don't serve any.

One of the realtors, Bobbie Sawai, had her vendor come over to my neighbors house to check on a job. He hit my car without leaving a note and I contacted Bobbie but she was no help at all. It seemed as if she was trying to hide her vendor and not have him pay for damages. I had to get the name of the person who hit my car from another vendor who was here the same day, Marcus Plumbing. I contacted Bobbie about the whole situation and she did not provide me with any help and ghosted me. I got an estimate for the repairs and it came out to $1,400. Shady as they say. Thanks for that. Btw, the clown who hit my cars name is Joseph.

Stay away from these people. Bobbie Sawai, our property manager was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She would always ignore the maintenance request the first time and it would take weeks to fix something. After we moved out, she charged us for something we're not responsible and she even agreed that we're not responsible but didn't refund and was giving excuses. Just to avoid getting into this hassle, we chose to stay away from them and leave this review here. Please make sure you have all the proofs of the damages before you move-in. These guys can be a nightmare while moving out.
