We’ve always loved coming to Krazy Karaoke in Aiea. Nothing fancy, but the hourly prices are great and the song selections are solid. BYOB and food. Always a good time. ????

If you're looking to sing your hearts out and you're too ashamed of singing in a public setting like HMC across the street, Krazy Karaoke with its private karaoke rooms is the place for you. The equipment and facility may be a bit dated, but you'll have a really great experience.They have multiple song books that gives you a really wide selection of songs from the newest 2022/2023 songs, all the way to Filipino and Hawaiian songs that please your Filipino relatives. The ladies that work there have 5/5 customer service, from check-in to check-out. Our particular room that day had the screen go off and on, and they apologized multiple times and offered us to use another room with the song queue already transferred. When I asked for the birthday discount, they gave me the cost of the free hour in cash immediately! Wow! I'm sure these workers deal with deranged drunks all the time, so I'm glad they're really so kind and attentive. They also reward payment in cash because credit cards have a 3% surcharge (the cost credit card companies charge businesses for the service). As someone who prefers using cash, I feel privileged!Other than the TV going off, and the AC a bit low for our liking, my family and I had a really fun time with a smile our faces. They're $5 more expensive per hour than six years ago, but even McDonald's raised their prices higher percent-wise, so it's still a decent price for an awesome time. You'll never regret going to Krazy Karaoke for your karaoke needs when in Central O'ahu.

If you're looking for a bougie place this ain't it. If you're looking to sing and get drunk and have a fun cheap time this place is perfect. The outside of the location is a little sketch, it's in a strip mall, the rooms themselves are not fancy, etc. But the girls working were super nice and we had so much fun I can't even complain. It's not really geared towards tourists, more a local place so don't be a dick. BYOB.

I remember when this place was THE PLACE! It hasn't been updated in so long it's just not what it was. I felt bad for the front desk ladies because I know it isn't their fault the equipment is so old. Still, it's a bummer when you're paying by the hour and the room for your guest count is not operational and they charge you for a bigger room that you don't need. It would be nice to charge the small room price if it's not working and they put you in the sized up room. Also, in the event you pick a version of the song that isn't good, you can't cancel the song which now means you waste up to 4 minutes of your hour just waiting for the song to end.

Recommend calling for reservations. They have karaoke rooms that can fit 1-4 people to the largest room that can fit 35 people. Good selection of old songs, but limited selection of newer song. The staff was helpful in fixing some technical difficulties with the karaoke remote and machine.

I dont even make reviews but this is what forced my hand… out of every karaoke room I've been too on this earth krazy karaoke aiea is the absolute worst. All song are out dated i love old school but the selection is tremendously poor. The venue is also poor the furniture is broken and uncomfortable the PRICES FOR THIS ROOM IS HIGH compared to the quality. I will not recommend this Krazy Karaoke Aiea to anyone that want to have a good time. I am not a picky person but this venue is very poor in music selection and the quality of the rooms and the PRICE AND EQUIPMENT IS NOT WORTH IT

The room was not big enough for the amount of people they said it could hold. The couches were is bad shape and uncomfortable. One of the staff members was very rude and irritated to be bothered. We used to love this place but the staff member made us feel like we were not welcome.

1 star was because the place was clean(ish). (See "WORST PART" for the real tea lol) Service was AWFUL! Nobody greets you when you enter, and both workers we interacted with were so RUDE. Worker gave rude and half a** answers when we were asking how to go about getting a room. The machine wasn't working when we entered our room and they were all mad & seemed inconvenienced when we asked them to fix it for us. It took them over 10 mins to fix the issue so we lost out on time ($52/hr). WORST PART: You must give an ID when you book a room & so I left my driver's license to the lady behind the counter. When I came back after our time was up, the lady literally laughed and told me SHE GAVE MY LICENSE TO THE WRONG PERSON! Then said, "Don't worry about it she is coming right back." And she acted all mad even though she was the idiot who gave my license to the wrong person. When the lady FINALLY came back with my license, I asked if it was okay to just take my license and go she gave me stink eye, laughed, & said "Yeah I guess". Must be the hardest job in the world.

I totally LOVE THIS PLACE! Their prices are REALLY affordable for the rooms they offer by the hour. And they have pretty awesome deals too! For instance... they have MIMDAY NIGHTS HALF OFF with a minimum purchase of 2 hours. Catch is... they ONLY OFFER THAT from 6PM-Closing. Which isn't much openings for a lot of people, however, it is a pretty sweet deal, right?! So... if you EVER decide to hold an event here and need to save some $$... I'd suggest booking it for the 2 hours on a Monday starting @ 6PM. You're not just paying for 2 hours from 6PM-8PM... rather, you're paying for double the time from 6PM-10PM. That's 4 HOURS of Krazy Singing! They also have student discount days. Not sure if they mean STUDENTS in general or College or UH students ONLY! That you'll have to check on. Then they do have lower prices during the weekdays vs the weekends. Friday & Saturday are their most expensive days. Sunday's... oh SHUX! I forgot! Sorry... Anywho... they do have coupons from time to time too! I'm not too sure where anymore. I use to have coupons from either midweek or Star advertiser. It allowed me to pay Half the price with a minimum purchase of 2 hours on ANY DAY. Then their rooms are pretty AWESOME TOO! Their large room is PRICEY... but so WORTH IT! You just have to have the creativity of utilizing the space you have. Otherwise, its just a room with people singing karaoke. Nothing wrong with that either. I did that a few times myself. I rented a room for 15 people, had a handful of us and we just sang. It got us out of the house and gave us a chance to "scream" too! Oy! I mean... "SING" too. Heh heh heh... Oh and it's ALL... BYOB, BYOD, BYOF, BYOP. Basically... BRING YOUR OWN... EVERYTHING! Oh and if your wondering what BYOP is... for me it's... BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS. Lol! I love to have my pillow and blanket when I'm there. That way I'm comfortable. I'll probably be back to write again about my time here. Until then, have a good one & stay safe. Dont waste your time here. They will give away your reservation 100% for a better deal. Called earlier and booked a room for 3 hours? Nah brah a party who just walked in with no reservation wanted a room for 4 hours so they go into the room you took the time to call ahead for, instead of you... You can just wait in the parking lot on our time... reservations mean nothing. No respect and nasty attitude from staff guarantees no business from me or ANY people I know. Go Karaoke elsewhere PERIOD.

This is not the place you used to know. Come here and you will scrape the bottom of the barrel. Front desk staff have absolutely no professionalism, and I'm sure management is no better if this is the standard... Staff will give away room reservations as standard business practice if the next parties 'deal is better' (bigger party/longer time). Staff clearly show they do not respect you as a customer or person for taking the time to reserve or plan ahead as patronage to the business. Make the effort to go to a reputable Karaoke place where they honor reservations. Avoid this business at all cost. Steer clear.

Called on 3/26/2022, to make a reservation at 9:30P for 2 hours. We get there at 9:15P, and the front desk lady says that she gave away our reservation to another group. We asked why and she didn't give us a legit reason. We tried to ask her for a reason as to why, but she wouldn't answer us. Her attitude began to get more grouchy, then sarcastically told us that HMC is just around the corner. We asked for her name, but said she didn't have a name. She wouldn't tell us the reason why our reservation was canceled or given away but after asking her, she said that there was "a better offer" than our group. She then sarcastically went on to say "go on a head and leave a yelp review." Pardon my french, but f*** this place.
