Don’t do it. Find someplace else. Had an appointment to fix a tire and 2-1/2 hours later they still haven’t started working on my tire. Quick service is not something within the realm of their vocabulary. No notice no explanation no communication with me whatsoever. Exceptionally poor customer service.
What’s the point of having an appointment if they don’t do anything with your car for 2-1/2 hours.
I asked for status and they said my car is next. I then saw them take 3 cars before mine. So they also outright LIED to my face. Then they just moved my car to another spot. The waiting room has glass and I can see through them into the parking.
I don’t write negative reviews, I would just not write one, but this was so bad that I had to let it be known.
If I could go zero stars, or negative,I would.

Very professional and friendly front desk staff, I saw a woman that worked in the garage tell a man that they are working on getting his vehicle done as soon as possible and that they know he needs to pick up his daughter. Seemed very considerate and that they care about the customers.

Charlie B. Was Awesome. If I could give her a higher rate, I most certainly would!! She served me & my family with the highest degree of Professionalism and Genuine special customer care. She is so knowledgeable that she was able to answer ALL of my questions without hesitation. I am super happy with the overall visit! I am sticking with Lex Brodie's in Aiea for all my auto services and needs. Thank you, Charlie!!

After leaving a negative review for another Lex Brodie’s location, I decided to give this branch a chance for something simple—tire alignment and balancing. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the lug nuts on my vehicle had been left dangerously loose. Another mechanic pointed out that they could be loosened by hand. This is a serious safety concern. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop. The mechanics here clearly need more training and attention to detail.

Went in for a Safety check took an hour and a half 100% sure they ripped my new month old windshield wipers just to sell me a set for 100$

Do not go here. Waited for over 3 hrs only to be told that I have to come back because they are short staff. Would not recommend this location. Left without inspection being completed.

After an unpleasant experience at a competitor next door, called Lex Brodie. Person who answered the phone was very pleasant. Stopped by and everyone there was so nice. Did a quick walk in safety check. Super easy. Customer service reflects so much about a company and it shows in their reviews.

Had the best experience here for a flat tire! The team was very professional, listened to my concerns, and performed excellent service QUICKLY! I especially appreciated the help I received from Jazmin, Nathan and Charlie. 10/10 recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Lady at the front desk looks over my service animal wearing her “do not pet” harness and says “awww you’re not a service animal and proceeds to pet her”.. very disrespectful and unprofessional. Lastly $260 for an alignment with no warranty while the alignment shop down the street charges $125. Do with that info as you please.. Good tire shop though that’s about it.
