Great shopping. Little expensive but nice items. Poor check out procedures. Ladies asked everyone if they want to join star awards. Then go on to explain the whole thing. Long line but they didn't care.3 to 8 minutes each person. Sounds like a short time but when you just want to pay and leave...it's forever.

The Ala Moana location is such a clean store.
They keep the floor, lighting, and displays very eye centering. So you never miss a thing.
The displays are not hidden behind another display. The sales are always a shopping ? benefit.
On the 3rdnfloor is Liliha Bakery, where the food and service are outstanding. On the 4th floor is the watch service that exits straight to the restaurant level of the Ala Moana mall.
Parking is everywhere and is never a problem.
If only Macy's card interest rate wasn't at 35%. ?

Probably the largest Macy's on the island or Hawaii. It has great selections. Always has some kind of promotions. A good location for tourists or locals. Rights next to parking and dining area. It's pretty clean. Just need more entrance and exits to reduce some of their barriers to customers. The basement floor doesn't have exits or entrance. A little annoying.

The store is a 5 star store but i went to the mens shoes department on the first floor and needed help checking out a shoe but 3 of the workers there around 540 pm ish just talking stories with eachother even when i tried getting their attention they just ignored me and acted if i wasnt there i was disappointed and unsatisfied and was gonna buy couple pairs of nikes but i went somewhere else but again i love shopping at macys its a 5 star overall to me but the mens shoes on first floor if i could put 0 stars for that department i would
