We depend on this great team for numerous military farewell awards. I prefer to go direct to their shop, though parking is a challenge there. You can also order through their kiosk at the NEX. They are great at communicating with you, sending a mockup to verify everything is just like you want. Their stock items are excellent: Hawaiian battle axes and spears in different sizes, and many other choices. Laser etching is top quality. Great staff.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and finished product that Makemake Makana gave me. I was in a last minute rush to get a pocket knife handle engraved and they went above and beyond to deliver a reasonably priced rush job. The quality of engraving was perfect to my specifications and they had it completed at the time they promised. The entire process from information to finished product was 100% satisfactory. I will gladly use. Them for all my engraving needs.

Ordered a Thor hammer from here and my husband loved it!! We had a few hiccups through it but the end result was beyond amazing. He absolutely loved it. My girls were amazed and everyone that saw it was speechless!! Amazing work indeed!!

The paddle we ordered came out flawless! You will not be disappointed. From beginning to end the transaction was effortless. I experienced a minor hiccup with the wrong color feather attached, but was easily fixed in a professional manner. It is now impeccable like the Marine recipient. The customer service was quick and courteous. I highly recommend them and will be using their services again! Mahalo!

I was very disappointed with my order. I saw a plate with engraving on it at the NEX that I really liked so I ordered it. First it wasn't delivered to the NEX when promised so we had to go to another location to pick it up as we were leaving the island the next morning. When I got home the plate was so dark that one can barely read the engraving on the plate. I contacted their office and all they could tell me was that the wood they're getting right now is all dark. I informed them that it looks nothing like what I saw at the kiosk. The wood plate that was displayed on the kiosk was light brown in color, so you could clearly read the dark brown wording on the plate. The plate I got is dark brown and the lettering is dark brown. So it's really hard to read the wording and looks horrible. Please be careful when ordering from this company. It's sad when you see something you really like and get something that looks totally different.

We received an amazing product from them. I love the plaque that we just received from them so much that I ordered another for pick up on a guest of honor plaque. Amazing quality. Take it from someone that has seen over 20 years of plaques given. This is the company to use.
